They were able to send a technician on the same day I called. The technician that helped me Bryan I was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, he was able to identify the problem and fix my heater very quickly. I will definitely call these guys whenever I have hvac issues.

Elite Heating & Air has serviced our previous heat pump for many years. We’ve been so pleased with the service from technicians like Alex, so we asked him to give us an estimate for a new system. Today we had three installers to set us up with a new heat pump, a whole house fan and upgraded insulation. Kirt, Greg and Eugene were knowledgeable, polite and efficient. They handled the install without a hitch. We look forward to many years of now having Elite service our new system!

All Elite employees are commendable, but the standout is Alex Gao. He did an amazing job walking me through the process and was always attentive to my concerns. He suggested the best system for my needs, showed me pictures, and even provided references to real customers. I was able to speak with them and ask questions. This was, without a doubt, my best experience ever with an HVAC company.

So impressed by this company! I called on one of the hottest days of the year (and of course it was a Saturday afternoon) because by air conditioning wasn't working. I called all over and most places didn't even answer their phones, and the ones that did couldn't schedule me for many days. When I called Elite, Anthony answered and was so helpful and professional. He got me scheduled the next morning! I got a text when the technician, Alex, was on his way with a link showing me his location so I would know when to expect him. Alex was also competent, friendly and professional. He got my a/c fixed right away and patiently answered all of my questions. The price was very reasonable. I could not be happier about my experience with Elite , and I will absolutely be using them for all my future needs.

Our air conditioner was blowing warm air, and Elite was recommended to us. They answered the phone quickly, and we were fortunate that they had a tech in our area with an opening in their schedule. The tech, Alex, arrived soon after the call, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem in a short time frame. The process was thoroughly explained by the person on the phone and by Alex, and I feel comfortable recommending Elite to others based on their quick and professional service.

After experiencing several attempts to resolve an airflow problem by a different HVAC company, I sought troubleshooting services from 3 other HVAC companies, who estimates were kinda high, even after including membership and veterans discounts. One of the companies had already been at my home charging me for the cost of two failed attempts. Subsequently, I went on line and looked for reviews and ratings of the different companies and selected Elite HVAC. Not only were they the most competitive pricing, their crew showed up on time and took the time to hear my concerns. As a person with a past career occupation of performing different levels of HVAC, I felt confident that Colby and his two other teammates were perfect for the job. I watched as they first scouted the task at hand and then immediately proceeded with resolving the issues. They were tidy and methodical in their approach, finding other serious issues that definitely contributed to the airflow problem, and corrected them. Colby communicated his findings and took the initiative to make my system function better than it has during the 21 years that I’ve lived in this home. My Grandchildren are extremely pleased as am! Exceptional job by an exceptional company. They will be my future “Go To” HVAC company should I require any of that type of work in the future. Kudos and Thank you to Elite!

Had a problem with rats in the attic. Contacted Elite and Alex was out the same day to inspect the duct work and report on the evidence. Greatly appreciated the timely response.

Excellent, professional service.

We replaced our entire home HVAC system. Alex came to our home, discussed different options, and gave us quotes on two of the options. Christian worked with us to refine our exact needs and gave us a quote on the system we finally selected. We accepted the quote on Friday; Sahil and his installation crew arrived just before 8 AM on the following Tuesday and finished on Wednesday at noon. The installation crew was highly competent, polite, and clean. They removed and recycled the old system, and left our house cleaner than they found it.

Wednesday afternoon, after the Elite installation team departed, Roman from T3 Energy, the HERS inspection firm hired by Elite, called and scheduled the inspection for 2 PM Thursday. He arrived on time and completed the inspection in less than an hour. Upon successful completion of the inspection, Roman scheduled the City Building inspection for Friday morning.

The city requires the home owner to setup a ladder to give the inspector access to the attic. Roman returned the next day to help me setup the ladder and returned after the inspector had finished to help me take it down. That is going "above and beyond" any requirement.

The city inspector arrived on time, finished his thorough inspection promptly, and signed off on the job.

All in all, it was an outstanding experience from Alex helping us select an initial system, through Christian helping us refine our choices, to Sahil and his crew installing the equipment. Elite hired an outstanding inspection firm. From the time we selected Elite as our supplier to install and final inspection took 5-days.

We had quotes from six other vendors. Elite was the best by far -not the lowest bid, but the best value for the money.

My wife and I highly recommend Elite Heating and Air Conditioning. We intend to use them to maintain our new system.

If you need a HERS inspection, we recommend T3 Energy.

Elite provides outstanding service and communication. We had a complicated job and their commitment to finding a solution resolved the issue. I would recommend them highly especially to support a local small business.

We have had another company before that took us to the cleaners with the repairs on our heating and air conditioning in the past but the technician that came out to check out our system we were very impressed on his personality and knowledge and his honesty! He showed me the problem and explained how it works and he fixed it right then and finished checking it out and he found no other problems with our unit! Renew out trust in air and heating service calls!

Great customer service from the technician Alex. Did a thorough job on the HVAC maintenance. Elite Heating & Air is highly recommended.

HVAC fan was blowing, but no cold air was coming out. Alex came during the slotted time and assessed that the motor was dead in the attic. After installing the part the next day, the AC was up and running again. He and Anthony responded very quickly, and we will use Elite Heating and Air again (hopefully not anytime soon!).

They were very professional and did an excellent jobs on installing my new AC unit. I highly recommend elite HVAC company to everybody.
