Very great business to work with. I had lots of questions and anytime day or night they were available. My AC works great and I'm super happy with the service. They were fast and did great quality work. My entire replacement was done in less than a week including all the permits and finishing touches. They went above and beyond what the contract was for and made the install exactly what I wanted. I can't say enough good things but I will say I'm so happy they fixed my AC and I recommend them fully.

AJ and his guys are amazing! We had a new HVAC installed in summer of 2022. Our townhome has a weird build setup, so it was a challenging install and they handled it very well. AJ explains everything and answers my (many) questions since I am new to home ownership and HVAC systems, having lived in apartments without AC for more than a decade. I have since referred him to my mom to help with her AC issues, and she was happy with their work as well. He's also super easy to get a hold of even though he and his team are really busy! I would definitely recommend them for HVAC needs.

I've used Holt Services and the team for several heating and cooling appliances at my home. The electric work is extremely clean; the quality of the equipment that AJ uses is wonderful; I have only ever been more than satisfied. They are honest, hard-working, and incredibly talented at and care about what they do.

I'd recommend them for anything you need re: heating and air. I don't think I've ever had a contractor as good as them, across any sort of work.

AJ is a stud! Was able to diagnose and replace parts in my air handler in less then 8 hours. Highly recommend him!

Holt Services provided a good product and great service at a fair price. They paid attention to detail with installation and in adjusting the airflow of the new heat pump. I will go back to them if I ever need similar work.

AJ and Billy are excellent and trustworthy HVAC, I have had them replace an aging AC unit at an older home and they were able to make the home dual zone for no extra charge. When I moved I wanted to upgrade to a Heat Pump and AJ found us the best options and gave us an excellent price. Whenever I have and issue I can call or text and get almost an immediate response from him or Billy and they are happy to try and troubleshoot issues over the phone or come in person. I can't recommend Holt services more highly.

Great company to do business with! Honesty, integrity, and doing what they promise are not easy to find these days. I would highly recommend AJ and his company to get the job done right. My company installed a electrical panel for one of there clients prior to HVAC system install.

I needed a new HVAC unit in my 1600 sq ft home. Worked with AJ at Holt Services to get the job done right! They are a small family run business and I’m glad I used them! Aj was very patient with all my questions and concerns and he always got back to me in a timely manner. AJ, Billy and TJ installed my system and handled the permit and everything from start to finish! And there were no additional “fees” at the end, I paid what they quoted.
