In need of AC / Heating Company for Service or Repair?

The technician, ADAM was professional and knowledgeable and did not try to overcharge us for unnecessary repairs. He provided a clear, detailed estimate and completed the repair following schedule date and time.
The technician is knowledgeable about all major systems, and the customer service is top-notch. I felt comfortable having him at my home and trusted his expertise implicitly. He even took the time to explain how to properly maintain the system to avoid future issues.

Aemal made getting HVAC work done way less painful than my previous experiences honestly

AC stopped working on the hottest day and Aemal showed up same afternoon to fix it quickly

Finally found my go-to HVAC contractor. Other previous contractors ghosted me, would only offer repairs if I paid $100+ for a diagnostic first, but afterwards say they can only sell me a new AC system.

With Aemal, I call him, describe my problem, we make an appointment, he shows up, diagnoses the problem, explains how the problem can be fixed, gives the cost for parts and labor and does the repair same day if the parts are available. If not, he returns to do the repair when he gets the parts. No BS like other contractors.
