Freddy & David did a wonderful job. They were on time, very competent and careful with their work and clean up, as well as being professional and courteous. We are absolutely delighted with their work!

Chris came out for an A/C system replacement estimate. Friendly, knowledgeable… and common sense (rare these days). He pointed out several important factors in the process and left us with several great quotes and options. Even though I left a review the other day for their technician, I’ll add this one for today’s estimate! Definitely a great company with impressive staff.

Chris Osborne of Blackwell Services was a pleasure to work with. He was very thorough in his inspection of our HVAC system and his suggestions were very helpful. He arrived early. He was polite and respectful. I never felt "sold". I would recommend Chris and Blackwell Services to anyone. By the way, the price was right too.

Jim Huynh replaced our blower motor today. He was prompt, polite and professional. We have a cool house again!

Found these guys online and knew I liked the company from the friendliness and responsiveness I was given by Maria in the office. John came out to thoroughly diag our 35 yr old dying system then Chris came out to measure and sell us a new one that would meet our needs. Freddy & David just finished installing our new state of the art system and all of this went down in 6 days! Highly recommended.

Great Company to work with. The service techs. Albert and Gabe went above and beyond the normal scope of HVAC work to finish up the mini split system to completion. Overall I would definitely recommend and enjoyed working with them and their company.

Blackwell Heating and Air are fantastic. They came out to fix my heater today and they were on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. I have also used them at my business and they have always been fantastic each and every time. Great service and I constantly recommend them to others.

Update 3/28/2024: Yesterday I had them come out and upgrade my old water heater to a new tankless water heater. The owner Eric is amazing, so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Albert and the rest of the crew were fantastic too. They did an amazing job upgrading my water heater. I cannot stress how important it is to contract with a reliable & professional company like Blackwell Services, Heating & Air. They are amazing!! They do all my HVAC work at my house and business, and now my hot water heater at home too! Thank you Eric, you guys are the BEST!

A friend of mine referred me to Dave at Blackwell when my water heater went out. Dave came out the same day and was very friendly and honest. He was able to relight the pilot and gave me an estimate for a new water heater. When the pilot light continued to go out, I knew it was time for our water heater to be replaced . Blackwell was able to work around my schedule and fit me in the next day. They even sent out a technician out to relight the pilot so we would have hot water for the night. Blackwell came out the next morning to replace my water heater. They did an excellent job and were professional. I will definitely be using them again for any other home services I need. Thank you Dave and Blackwell services!

Called Blackwell Services because my blower fan would only work intermittently. Joel Alvarez was my technician. He arrived earlier than I expected, which was great. I can't express enough how professional and polite Joel was. He answered every question I had. He discussed with me everything he planned on doing, and even explained the next process if there was additional issues. But there were no further issues. It was exactly what Joel thought it was. Joel fixed my problem and my home is blowing cold air once again. Thank you again Joel. You have my highest recommendation. Sorry to the other Blackwell employees, but I'm going to tell people to ask for Joel. ..... One last comment - Mr Blackwell give this young man a raise $$$. He is a fantastic employee. ☆☆☆☆☆

I have had a lot of contact with Blackwell employees and have never had anything but good things to say. They are always professional, friendly and answer all of my questions. Micah has come here for inspections. He is such a nice young man and I hope he continues to come back for any future scheduled inspections.

Trent is prompt courteous and kind. He was professional And explained what was going on and what my options were. He ended up using less coolant than he thought. I appreciate you guys.

I have used Blackwell more than a few times now as they service both my home and a rental property of mine. What I always notice and live is their employees are the most friendly and genuine folks I’ve ever met. They go above and beyond to make sure to be friendly and conversational with me every time. Super super nice folks. Especially Joel. This makes a difference and it’s clear they emphasize this on a management level.

Prices are super fair and not outrageous like bell brothers (absolute ripoff)

They also send you a text when the technician is headed your way which most others don’t. This is nice so you don’t have to sit around waiting for them.

Joel Alvarez showed up at my house for an Air Conditioning tune up. He was on time, very professional, and very friendly. He answered all my questions and concerns. Most knowledgeable technician that I have talked to in a great while. Setting up an appointment with Blackwell was super easy and fast. Other companies are booked for weeks. If you have not used Blackwell Services, you are missing out on a great experience. Call them today. Highly recommend Joel Alvarez, he is the best!

Blackwell has a wonderful answering system with a live person. There response time for A/C repair on an 114° day was awesome. Joel A. the tech that came out was so polite and explained everything he did to diagnose and repair our A/C. We are so glad they did our original install and continue to provide great service!

Throughout the installation of our new HVAC system, Freddie and David were total professionals. They treated our home and us with respect, answered our questions, and when they left, we felt confident we selected the right company to do the job.
