The guys who came out to service our AC unit did a great job. They explained the steps to us and provided us with an updated diagnostics. They were kind and so professional.

Been about 3 weeks since the ac install. Everything is working great. The guys were courteous and professional. Put tarps down in the house, cleaned up after wards. Aside from the ac working like a champ you couldn't even tell they were ever there. Very happy with the work done.

They came out yesterday and cleaned my AC unit. It was noticeably cooler when he left. Super knowledgeable and didn’t pressure me to purchase another unit or maintenance plan. I will definitely use them for future work.

My AC broke earlier this spring. It was having intermittent issues where it would work well for a day then the compressor would short cycle and not cool the house. I did some troubleshooting myself and could not figure out the problem so I gave Ventilation Nation a call. Trevor came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. We discussed our options on repairing verse replacing the unit. We decide to repair it. Trevor was very knowledgeable and his price was fair. When it comes time to upgrade and replace our AC we’ll be giving Ventilation Nation a call. Highly recommend!

I cannot stress enough how professional and dedicated Trevor is to his customers. I had an issue with my unit on Christmas day due to weather. He was at my home at 8am the next day. He trouble shot unit and within moments had unit running. He explained what occurred and what to do if it occurs again. Trevor is a gift to Hvac industry. And to every customer he has. Trevor came by my house to service my HVAC unit and he was great in his explanation in plain English as to how the system works, I have a unit which is 40 years old. There was no hard selling or any kind of up sale which you would find most technicians would try to do. Unit was inspected and I asked for the blower to be cleaned which was performed in a timely manner. I have joined their service plan which include 2+ (1) Service inspection for the year simply after speaking with Trevor I know I am dealing with a reputable company that won’t leave you dry when you need them most. Their 5 star track record speaks loud and clear how this company operate with their customers being their top priority.

Trevor responded to the outage on our existing 37 year old system and determined what had failed but that component hadn’t been made in years. I had four companies provide quotes for a replacement and his was the most detailed and he explained the pros and cons of each solution offered. After we chose his company the install went without a problem (and there were no surprise charges). We got the heat pump we wanted with the efficiency we were looking for at a very competitive price.

Trevor was very knowledgeable about the whole house fan he installed. He’s a very nice man. He scheduled me quickly, kept me informed of my appt time, was on time, cleaned up like nothing was ever done, and sent pictures of his completed work. He was honest and hard working and I would definitely recommend him for your ventilation needs. I LOVE my whole house fan. Not sure how I lived without one!
