Professional and courteous! They took off their shoes when entering the house. They even helped an older woman in our neighborhood take our old dining set for free! Peter and Ivan were efficient and polite.

Their manager, Jessica, was incredibly patient and helpful. After I paid the deposit, I ended up changing my moving date twice due to personal reasons, and each time, Jessica patiently worked with me to reschedule without any complaints.

The movers were also very professional and polite. They carefully wrapped all the furniture and even laid down blankets to protect my floors from getting dirty. What truly amazed me was the efficiency — I was moving out of a 4-bedroom house, and I also had a lot of stuff in the garage. The last time I moved the same items, it took another company two full days. This time, 916 Fast Moving got it all done in just 10 hours!

I really hope I won’t need to move again, but if I do, I will definitely choose 916 Fast Moving again.
