I had and emergency plumbing issue occur one Monday evening after work and found Drain Time on Yelp. When I called they sent Chaydon one of their techs out to the office within an hour to come help. He was so nice and helpful. The next day the crew was at my office and located the source of the leak and pipe burst. They gave me an estimate that same day and by Wednesday the issue was fixed. His office and Chaydon were so kind to help create proper reports that my insurance requested and they were super responsive during the entire process. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. During a stressful situation, these guys were very helpful and nice.

I called with a plugged pipe on a Sunday and they made it to the house in about an hour. They were able to unplug the line and offer me suggestions on how to improve my situation for the future. They were very helpful. It was $169 to snake the drain and $250 to camera the pipe. I did not price compare as I had a house full of people and couldn’t use any of the bathrooms at the time. Thank you.

Gabe’s customer service was top tier. He walked me through the issue I’m experiencing and explained it in a way that I understood very well. He answered all my questions and provided an ETA and price range up front. He drafted a plan and did not pressure me to sign anything. Didn’t get work done, yet, but definitely a top consideration.

So last week I got a note from the city about a water leak. Called drsin time today and they had Zack come out for same day service...he id'ed the issue which was different then I thought and was able to fix it in a couple of hours. The service was great...the price was a couple of hundred less then what I expected to pay and the issue resolved itself before he left which got the city off my back...would highly recommend and will be using them again soon for smother project

Arrived on time. Professional and knowledgeable. Offered many solutions at different reasonable prices. Our land lord chose to use his preferred plumber. I would call them again if I had an issue.
*the clog ended up being inside the toilet from one of those disposable toilet sponge heads getting accidentally flushed down, in July of 2025.*
Hopefully the new toilet is the fix.

Had a back up in our kitchen sink causing our dishwasher to overflow. Drain Time plumbing was able to come out the same day and evaluate and fix the issue. They tried snaking the drain but it was still backing up. So we had to have it cleared by hydro jet. Our tech Chaydon drove all the way back to their office to pick up the equipment and returned to fix in the pouring rain. Great service, friendly and timely. We highly recommend them.

I reached out to Drain Time plumbing on Super Bowl Sunday morning at around 6am and they were quick to respond to my inquiry about a clogged shower drain. They sent out a tech to run the snake through the pipe at around 1pm the same day for a great price and speedy service! Would definitely recommend and use them again as needed.

Spoke with them in Sat at 4:50pm about my toilet needing repair. The tank wouldn’t fill. They gave me a quote, I accepted and first thing Sunday morning the plumber arrived, fiddled around and realized it was a quick fix and total rebuild of tank stuff wasn’t required. It’s back working. Really appreciate that he didn’t do the rebuild when it wasn’t necessary. I paid a reduced fee and we’re ready for more company. Highly recommend the company with a special shout out to CD Stover, the technician. He was friendly, respectful of my property, explained the issue and fix and was done.

Drain Time was helpful throughout finding our sewer vent stack leak to repairing our entire house. This was a big job and they put most of their team on it to finish quickly. Their team fixed problems as they came up and were helpful as the project was finished. I appreciated their open communication.

Chaydon stopped by the house today to give us an estimate on some plumbing repairs. He was very professional and knowledgeable and understood the plumbing issues and explained how he would fix it. The estimate he provided was in line with our budget and less than the other estimates that I got. He said he could do the repairs in one day and the work can be scheduled within the next week. Although the work has not yet been completed yet, I think we will be going with him for the work.

Drain Time has been great! Very responsive, honest about their pricing and fair when compared to other companies. Chaydon was fantastic. I love seeing a company branded service vehicle, company uniforms, a text to let me know who to expect and when, etc. I got all the comforting vibes from them and Chaydon is so experienced for his age. Initially found a discolored leaking spot on my 1st floor ceiling which the texture started to look different from the rest of the ceiling. I decided that I needed to get a plumber out to my house so I went to Yelp and asked the AI to match me with local professionals. Drain Time Plumbing was on top of that list and they messaged me right away.

On the same day, James, from Drain Time Plumbing, came to my house to inspect the leak. Please note that if they have to troubleshoot, i.e. cut into drywall, it costed me $495 which was credited towards your final invoice (you can choose not to perform the overall work and that $495 will just be payment for their troubleshooting). Anyways, James cut into my drywall ceiling and got toilet water all over him. He ended up finding the flange on my Master’s bedroom toilet to be broken which caused the seal to fail.

As I was not home during this time, my wife was home assisting James, however, he still called me to let me know what’s going on. He suggested that I contact home insurance and recommended RESCO (Professional cleaning and restoration) for the mold he found and toilet water around the area.

Long story short, my water damage problem went on for a month as I had to deal with insurance, but a lot of work was done to clean and rebuild the area. Today, a different James from Drain Time Plumbing came to fix the damage flange and water closet and install my new toilet (they hauled away my old toilets as I had another toilet replaced in the process). They do great, quality work and did my repair and reinstall within an hour. They’re warranty for parts they replaced and labor is covered for 10 years and the new toilet I had them reinstall is covered for 1 year.

Great people to communicate with and their customer service is top notch. If you’re looking for trustworthy, quality plumbers I highly recommend these guys.

James was very professional and a human being at the same time. We explored every option and he asked me as many questions as possible about my situation. I purchased the camera inspection and the hydro-jetting services for my main sewer line. Overall customer service was incredible, James explained and demonstrated the before and after via live camera feed. Even made sure I had a recorded copy. He fixed my current issue had displayed the source of the problem and discussed future options. I felt very confident in the decision I made with James. Thank you James Belmontes!

Breanne, the dispatcher was very helpful, calm and accommodating. I called because the main water line to my house broke and it was gushing so much water in gallons. Needless to say, I panicked and was speaking a bit louder than I should have. I called several plumbers and no one could help within a short notice but Draintime. I was face timing with a City Water Supervisor, showing me how to turn off the main water line at the meter when Chadney showed up within 20 minutes of my call and took over. He was also very helpful and thorough. He stated that a similar issue happened to another house a few blocks away from where I live. He then left for another job but sent Leo to install a temporary means to get water until they could return to finish the job as it was Sunday and all supply stores were closed. On Tuesday morning, Luis and another guy, I think his name is Jorge arrived completed the work. They did a splendid job, clean work, careful and patiently waited for the glue to dry.

In short I am very satisfied with the job this group of people did. I highly recommend them for any plumbing job you need. Reliable, fast, dependable and thorough.

Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with. The turn around for the major project to get done was finished in record time. Mark was great about communicating with me and walking me through the scope of work. Not to mention he has a great personality… which is important to me. I found this company by simply googling plumbers but I will continue to use them from this day forward. 5 stars!!!!

We experienced a backup of our main line one evening well after the close of business. Of the couple of companies we called, Drain Time Plumbing responded with a technician on site within an hour after calling their 24 hour emergency number. Gabriel arrived on site and had the plug cleared within minutes. While performing the clearing of the line and follow-up hydro cleaning of the main sewer line, it was discovered we had roots in our line that was causing the backup. Drain Time Plumbing was quick with solutions and flexible pricing allowing us to make a quick decision in replacing the main line. The work started immediately and was performed by qualified technicians.
