Ecology Air Innovations did two flawless new installations at our house. Recently, our thermostat died during a heat wave. Even though out of warranty, Mark from Ecology Air came out personally and replaced it for free! Highly recommend their skilled team and excellent customer service.

Our Air conditioning was not working. I called Mark Gilmore of Ecology Air Innovations. He came out very soon, checked thermostat n other things, found the problem promptly n fixed it. Showed extreme respect for our home, n did not even charge me for repair. As he said it was still under warranty. I deeply appreciate his honestly. Sharing my great experience with Ecology Air **after** the initial purchase and installation. I had 3 AC units installed in 2020 by Mark and the Ecology crew and one of the units had a failure in summer of 2025. Mark's service was great. He found a solution quickly and economically by speaking directly to the equipment manufacturer (Trane). Great service after the installation is what differentiates OK companies from great companies IMO.

Ecology Air Innovations did an excellent job installing our new complete HVAC system and (extensive) new duct work. In the initial consultation Mark explained every step of the project clearly and all our requests and questions were addressed. Once Jake and the rest of the team arrived, installation was quick, efficient and smooth. Everyone was friendly, professional and very respectful of our home. One thing that stood out for us (among the other competitors) was the excellent warranty. I would recommend this business to anyone looking to improve or replace their heating and air. We recently hired Ecology Air Innovations to replace our 20+ year-old AC and heater system, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. From the moment they arrived, we were impressed—they laid down protective plastic to keep our floors clean and carefully dismantled the old heater unit from our attic. I was genuinely amazed that they managed to get the old unit out through our tight attic entrance!

We also had them relocate our AV unit to the side of the house so we wouldn't have to hear it anymore—but honestly, the new unit they installed is so quiet, it wouldn't have mattered!

The entire project took two days, including the move and full installation of both the new AC and heater. When the job was done, they cleaned everything up thoroughly—leaving the space exactly as they found it.

They even took the time to walk us through our new Nest controllers, explaining how everything works, and they coordinated the county inspection, which went smoothly with no issues.

I can’t recommend Ecology Air Innovations enough—their honesty, professionalism, and strong work ethic really stood out. If you need HVAC work done, these are the folks to call!

I love Ecology Air. We have been using them for years. We have had them do our bi-yearly tuneups, HVAC repairs and today a Nest 4.0 learning thermostat installation.
