Denis has now fixed three appliances within last 4 months- wolf stove, dryer and today refrigerator. All expert skill fix and fair and reasonable price.

My GE built-in electric oven would not come up on temperature in either the bake or broiler mode. Using careful, methodical, technical expertise, Denis identified the issues at fault and corrected all malfunctions. I would highly recommend his professional service for any major home appliance in need of repair. And his business practice is reasonable and fair with cost for labor and replacement parts.

They diagnosed my refrigerator _over the phone_ and told me how to fix it for FREE.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for their help. They not only saved me the cost of a repair visit, but the expense and inconvenience of having to figure out how to deal with the food in the refrigerator, which is expensive itself.

My fridge started making a horrible vibrating noise that was loud enough to keep us up at night. The wonderful person at Urban Appliance Repair asked me to take a phone video of the problem and when he viewed it suggested that it might be ice buildup on a fan and to unplug it for a few hours. I was able to do this at night with the food unaffected in the appliance and they solved the problem.

They seriously saved me money and the food with their astute diagnosis of the problem.

If I ever have a problem with an appliance they will be the first people I call.

I am sorry I didn’t get the name of the person who helped me. I was too focused on the fridge and trying to figure out how to save the food in it.

The day before a road trip, our washer quit draining properly. Denis was able to swing by and found the drain pump was busted. By the time we got back, Denis had the replacement part and was able to schedule the repair a day later.

2 gas stove burners stopped working, so I reached out to UAR via email on a whim. Quick response and offered to come that same day (which didn't work for me), and then was easy to schedule over email. Arrived as promised and fixed it within 15 minutes, at a very affordable and reasonable price. Highly recommended -- knowledgeable about all different appliances (not just stoves).
