Impressed with the service quality.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Ordered a dishwasher to replace our broken one and spent a month without a dishwasher because Home Depot failed 3 times at simply doing the thing we had paid them to do.
First attempt: dishwasher was delivered broken, so Home Depot returned it.
Second attempt: Home Depot showed up and told us they couldn't install it because our kitchen doesn't have a counter, even though the first time they said it was fine to install.
Third attempt: Home Depot showed up without a dishwasher entirely, even though we called twice to confirm during the week. They said they were just here to pick up the old broken one, but they thought it would already be uninstalled and couldn't uninstall it themselves. They left without doing anything. No idea why they thought this. They gave us a $200 gift card and said they'd refund the rest of our money but I don't think that's even happened yet.

We went to Airport Appliance and got the same dishwasher for the same price delivered and installed in just a few days. Don't make our mistake. Do not use Home Depot. What a massive waste of time. We've now spent hours and hours on the phone with Home Depot that was all fully wasted when we could have just gone somewhere else to get this extremely simple task done. Home Depot said our kitchen is weird and basically tried gaslighting us into thinking this is all somehow our fault. If our kitchen is so weird I don't understand why Airport Applicance was able to accomplish the same task in one go in about 30 minutes. Seems like Home Depot simply can't do the service they advertise.
