Had my stove repaired by them and couldn't be happier. Two of the burners weren't igniting and I thought maybe it was a gas issue, but the repairman checked everything and found out the igniters were worn out. He replaced both of them and tested all the burners multiple times. Very thorough. He also cleaned up after himself which seems basic but not everyone does it. Great experience overall.

My dishwasher started leaving a weird film on all the dishes and wasn't cleaning properly. I tried different detergents and nothing helped. Called Appliance Repair Encinitas and they sent someone out pretty quickly. The technician was great - turned out the spray arms were clogged and the filter was disgusting (embarrassing!). He cleaned everything out, replaced a worn gasket, and now my dishes come out sparkling. He didn't make me feel bad about the maintenance stuff either. Really appreciated the professionalism.

Really impressed with this company. My freezer stopped freezing properly and everything was starting to thaw. I was freaking out about losing all the food. They got someone out to me the next morning and the tech worked quickly to diagnose the problem - bad defrost timer. Got it replaced and the freezer was back to freezing within a couple hours. Saved all my food! The technician was calm, professional, and clearly experienced. Would absolutely use them again.
