I was satisfied, my sister-in-law and I concluded that we both required carpet cleaning, so we reached out to maximus. When he showed up, stanley, his assistant was with him, they did a wonderful job and completed everything I needed in about two hours. He advised that it would be more convenient and cost-effective for me to remove the carpet covers and take them to a dry cleaner rather than hiring a carpet cleaning service. Kyle also provided me with some handy tips on cleaning the non-cover areas of the carpet (baby wipes; nothing with alcohol). His advice was right on target, and I believe it's a true sign of a great company when they tell you that you don't require their services. I've had carpet cleaning done four times, and each experience has been fantastic. The first time was when I moved into a new apartment that had some issues with fleas from the previous tenant's dog.
