Fantastic experience with Burtech and Steven Ernst. We had plenty to take care of -- shower leak in the wall, new fixtures, and a complete filtration system. All professionally installed by a cheerful and courteous professional. Thank you and would absolutely recommend and do business again.

We noticed a leak on the outside of our condo. I contacted Burtech Plumbing company late last night and Bill immediately responded to my request, gathered all my details, and noted they would call me in the morning.
As promised, they called me in the morning and sent over Steven to check out our issue at noon. Steven did a fantastic job in finding the root of the problem within minutes (i.e. broken drain pipe) and then repairing the pipe shortly after.
He also had to deal with my temporary stupidity of running the dishwasher before he came, which resulted in hot water falling on him while he was in the middle of the repair. I apologized profusely over this mistake and he was so very nice and professional through that situation.
Since we were in need of restoration, he also put us in contact with a great and honest company.
All in all, I am very happy. The entire situation was handled in less than 24 hours and I highly recommend them!
