Fantastic experience with Burtech and Steven Ernst. We had plenty to take care of -- shower leak in the wall, new fixtures, and a complete filtration system. All professionally installed by a cheerful and courteous professional. Thank you and would absolutely recommend and do business again.

We noticed a leak on the outside of our condo. I contacted Burtech Plumbing company late last night and Bill immediately responded to my request, gathered all my details, and noted they would call me in the morning.

As promised, they called me in the morning and sent over Steven to check out our issue at noon. Steven did a fantastic job in finding the root of the problem within minutes (i.e. broken drain pipe) and then repairing the pipe shortly after.

He also had to deal with my temporary stupidity of running the dishwasher before he came, which resulted in hot water falling on him while he was in the middle of the repair. I apologized profusely over this mistake and he was so very nice and professional through that situation.

Since we were in need of restoration, he also put us in contact with a great and honest company.

All in all, I am very happy. The entire situation was handled in less than 24 hours and I highly recommend them!

Such great service! I really appreciate the plumbers giving me a call ahead of time to let me know what they are on their way. They are so friendly and reliable. The dispatchers at their office are also kind, friendly, and patient to hear about my plumbing problem. Definitely use this company for any plumbing and drain problems that you have!

We needed to upgrade our washer drainage pipe to be up to code. Burtech plumbing was extremely helpful and responsive. Not only did they come out the same day, they provided a quote on the spot and completed all work the following day. As a new homeowner and expecting mother, they took care of all of my worries. Gino from Burtech plumbing replaced my in-line water pressure regulator and replaced a bad angle stop valve beneath my upstairs bathroom toilet. He did an outstanding job. Very cool, calm, professional, and obviously experienced. I kept his card so I can call him again if I ever need more plumbing work done. It's always reassuring to know there are qualified, reliable, outstanding technicians like Gino I can call if the need arises. I recommend Gino without hesitation to anyone needing high quality plumbing repair or assistance.

Mikey took wonderful care of our issue - he explained everything clearly and was as neat as could be using some large equipment. The appointment was made for the day after calling - Mikey texted that he was on the way and arrived on time. Best service I have ever received! We had them install a pressure gauge outside and fix a leak on our shower. Everything was done in a timely manner. Around 30 minutes after they left, the spout above the gauge was leaking. We called them back to let them know. A couple days later, Gino came and installed a new spout, free of charge! They were so respectful! Thank you, guys/gals!

I've used Burtech plumbing for a few years now. The technicians are always on time, professional and take time to explain the issue and how to mitigate it going forward. I've recommended them to a number of friends and will continue to do so.

Kyle and Jaime were professional and very efficient. They replaced my water heater in a few hours, repaired existing pipes and cleaned up afterwards. I am very satisfied with their service. They did a thorough job.

I recommend David. Very professional and knowledgeable on work rendered for our PRV replacement for insurance purposes. His work was very neat and clean.

Jaime was quick, great communicator, and was clean! We had an issue with our tankless water heater. Jaime didn’t have the part on his truck but was able to get it and come back pretty quick. Burtech’s prices are reasonable and they came out the same morning I made the call. Second time dealing with them, and Jaime, and we will call again if another issue arises.

I have finally found a plumbing company for all my plumbing needs. Burtech is a local business out of Encinitas and when I called a live person picked up the phone, not an answering service. I was scheduled for an appointment within 24 hours and on a Saturday. Eli was on time, super knowledgeable, and he did fantastic work on our kitchen sink. He was nice, honest, and I really appreciated his help. I will be calling Burtech and requesting Eli from now on!

to start, I appreciated that they were able to send someone to check our leaking water heater the same day. Gino came right on time, was personable and honest, and took the time to explain what was going on and give me options, along with a recommendation. I thought their prices seemed very fair, and I'm planning to engage Burtechs services for the repair
