we had a complex project that included a driveway, walkway, and small patio extension. united state of the art concrete contractors handled it with exceptional skill. every measurement was precise, the concrete was poured evenly, and the finishing is smooth. they also advised us on proper maintenance. living in encino, i’m very impressed with this team of concrete contractors.

I was shocked to get an allumawood patio cover estimate from this company that was almost TWICE the amount from two other competitors! A $25k difference when clearly comparing apples to apples. A clear attempt at ripping me off in my opinion.

We wanted to try them out first. so we started small on landscaping Hardscaping work. Than we decided that's it's not a good time to sell so we took a decision to make the house bigger. We added about 490 SF to our living room . Its does a big different. And looks amazing.
Shay and his team was always on time. Passed every city inspections and always kept us in the loop.

Communication was the worst part — texts ignored, calls unanswered, and no written change orders. I had to micromanage the whole project.

They damaged our floor while moving cabinets and offered a weak apology. Repairs were delayed and the replacement piece doesn’t match. Not professional.

We were referred to Avi ( and IND ), through a designer. Avi was very upfront about the costs of repairs and various modifications that we were looking to do. His feedback helped guide us through some big decisions. The construction phase can be chaotic, with many decisions needed to be executed correctly. We appreciated Avi’s back and forth convo with us and sub-contractors. Occasionally when mistakes were made IND was quick to remedy the situation.

David Ifergan and the team at IND Construction are phenomenal to work with. Responsive, supportive and committed to helping your vision become your reality. David is candid, transparent and fair. The work is top notch and he truly cares. Virtually every person on the project works for IND Construction. No games, no headaches. Time proven results.

We are in the midst of a remodel of our kitchen/dining/living area and a bathroom with IND. Dorel is our project manager and we are very pleased with the progress and communication so far. If there is anything we have questions or concerns about, Doral always responds with care and patience (even after-hours). The quality of the work has been great and we can't wait to see everything finished!

We just finished our project and it turned out wonderful! From the beginning, our PM Erez was polite, on time, and made us feel comfortable about taking this next step in our renovations, something that hasn’t been done to this extent in maybe 45 years in our house. We first had the bathroom redone (flooring, countertops, and relocating the shower). After that, we started the bigger project of redesigning the kitchen. This started by meeting with their designer to draft up the renderings. We redid 100% of everything from the flooring, cabinets, tore down two load bearing walls, then painting the joining dining room, hallway, and living room. Erez was in constant communication with us and always welcomed our text message questions at any day/time. They keep you informed of the progress and collect payment along the way after a task item has been completed. If there is something that you don’t like on the finished item, such as grout color, they are more than willing to adjust and redo anything if needed. As long as you openly communicate with them, you’ll have an amazing outcome that is better than you imagined.

Erez Shifferman and IND were excellent and we are very pleased with the results of our recent kitchen remodel. This was the second remodel project we have done working with Erez. His communications were outstanding, prompt and thorough. He kept the project moving and avoided unnecessary delays. When problems arose, he was quick to find solutions. Erez has a style that instilled confidence that he was working to achieve our objectives. As a whole, the IND crews were neat, courteous, conscientious, and assured quality results. Of particular note, the demolition, flooring and tiling crews were excellent. IND was excellent. When we have future remodeling projects, Erez Shifferman and IND will be the first (and maybe only) contractors we will contact.

Working with IND Construction as a company and specifically with Erez Shifferman (Senior Project Manager) could not have been an easier and more enjoyable process. By far the best experience I have ever had working with a contractor, or anyone for that matter. Prior to working with IND I had my master bathroom renovated by another construction company that promised me the world in terms or schedule and price. Needless to say they did not deliver.
Looking for someone to help do a general renovation of my home after this terrible experience was terrifying to say the least. After meeting with Erez several times and talking through the project’s scale and timeline I cautiously agreed to have IND do my renovations. It was the best decision I could have made.

The renovation consisted of continuing the hardwood flooring in the kitchen/dining room (which we loved) into all the bedrooms and the living room. First problem was that the flooring had been discontinued. Not a problem for Erez. He has a background in flooring and was on the case, first trying to source the flooring from outlets all over the state and country that may have had old boxes in stock. When that didn’t pan out he found a mill that could reproduce the flooring and was involved in every aspect of the design and matching, ordering multiple matching samples throughout the process and ultimately supervising the delivery. I can tell you that the matching is flawless.

Beyond the flooring we added recessed lighting to bedrooms, removed fans, remodeled the 2nd bathroom, gutted closets, added and updated plugs and light switches, removed unnecessary beams, installed barn doors in each bedroom and then everything was immaculately finished and painted. Did I mention we were on vacation for 3 weeks of the 7 weeks this process took? The communication was fantastic. Erez sent pictures constantly and raised any question immediately to avoid delay. I thought that the 7 week estimate was going to get blown through, like the master bathroom nightmare I had gone through, but it was 7 weeks to the day!

Communication is key with Erez. He responds in a timely manner and thoroughly addresses EVERYTHING. If Erez said it. It happened. Every time.

I have friends that advised me to stay on top of the contractors and workmen because if I missed something it would be my problem. Not the case at all with these guys. They take pride in their work and any fine touches I noticed were dealt with quickly and thoroughly. What an experience! I can not say enough good things about Erez and the team at IND Construction. We have more projects to undertake in our house and I refuse to work with anyone but Erez and IND.

I had a bathroom remodel done by IND Construction. Erez Shifferman was the project manager. Erez was easy to work with, very attentive and gave me feedback on things I wanted and needed. I was told this remodel would take three weeks. It was done in three weeks. His crews were very professional and did a very good job cleaning up after the project.

Almost a year ago, we had commissioned IND Construction (through our neighbor’s

recommendation) to remodel our kitchen and to convert our garage into an ADU.

When we first saw our neighbor’s newly remodeled kitchen, there is no doubt in our mind that we will

be using IND Construction. Throughout the whole construction process, we witnessed IND’s

professionalism, expertise and passion to their craft. There were series of meetings with the

architect, designer, and project manager to plan what we wanted to suit our needs, budget and

style. IND also introduced us to various vendors in order to provide more options on material

and color selection. We went through some challenges of making a few changes

here and there with the designs but IND’s patience and commitment to customers'

satisfaction made it all possible to come up with our final kitchen and ADU designs. Fast

forward, we are now enjoying our dream kitchen and ADU and the final results definitely

exceeded our expectations. A Huge Thank You to the IND owners David and Eran and the

entire staff and crew for making this project a huge success. Thank you also to Gina for always

being pleasant and helpful in addressing all our concerns.

We hired IND to complete a wholesale remodel of the kitchen, bathroom, and floors in our new home. In addition, they painted the entire house and completed some electrical work. From the very beginning of the project Erez Schifferman, the project manager, was wonderful to work with. My husband and I met with multiple companies to get bids on our project, but Erez impressed us right away by the way he really listened to our goals and was realistic and informative about what we could achieve. Since this is our first home and first remodeling project, we really appreciated Erez’s willingness to explain how things work and what to expect, which made the whole experience much less mystery and stressful than it otherwise would have been.

Overall, the construction crew was friendly and clean and did excellent work. Whenever there was a problem, Erez and the team made sure it was taken care of. While we came in a bit over budget, this was entirely due to additions we made to the plan as well as some necessary issues that were uncovered during construction (which seems inevitable!). We found the price quote we received very reasonable for the scale of work completed.

We highly recommend both Erez and IND and would happily work with them again. Our house is completely transformed!

We just saw our renovation finished and could’t be happier with the final result - the house looks like new. We spent quite some time choosing a contractor the job - we met with and interviewed several contractors and companies and got some quotes. In the end we chose IND and it really was the right choice. The quality of the work is excellent, the team that worked on the house was great, and it was priced fairly. This is the second round of renovations we gone through on our home and if you’ve not gone through a home renovation yet let me share one key piece of advice. It’s never going to go perfectly. It just isn’t. And that’s not a reflection on the contractor or company you choose - it’s just a reality. Any renovation, no matter how big or how small, is tough. You’re inviting strangers into your home, they’re tearing portions of, or all of, your home down, and rebuilding it. And there’s likely going to be some complication no one could predict. But this is all part of a renovation. It’s about who that contractor hires to work for them. It’s about how they approach the work. And, most importantly, how they react to the issues and problems that will inevitably come up. And that’s why we were so happy with IND. They took care of our home as if it were their own and took care of us and our concerns as if we were family. Every single interaction was making sure we were happy. And that changes the whole experience. Ben was our lead and he was great to work with every day - cheerful and sincerely passionate about the work and that leadership passed down to the guys working with him. Beyond the work, cost is obviously an important consideration. And here, too, IND was the right choice. Were they the cheapest option? Admittedly, no. But when you meet the team and interview them and compare the cost to other contractors you understand why there will be a difference in the work, the craftsmanship. There is true value in hiring a contractor that isn’t going to cut corners. Everything IND did elevated the renovation and brought a higher level of quality to the job. We got exactly what we paid for and the work is just awesome. We absolutely love coming home to the house and seeing the new exterior.

We just completed a kitchen remodeling job by IND Construction. We were very pleased with the outcome, and it all went as planned. There was no stress during the job. My husband and I hired IND Construction to replace the shower in our primary bathroom with a tub/shower combo. (Our shower needed a repair that unfortunately required starting over). We worked with Erez and Javier and their team. We started on March 6th and finished on April 17th.

Our project seemed simple on paper, but had some unexpected hurdles along the way. We appreciated how this team handled all of it.

They worked kindly and patiently with our neighbor when a problem was discovered in a shared wall.

They worked with us through a manufacturer defect in our tub that was discovered after install and required reinstalling a replacement tub.

Throughout the project, we felt supported with clear communication and timely responses to questions or concerns. Everyone who came into our home was kind and respectful of our space, our pets and us working from home. They really stood by their work and wanted us to be happy with the final results of this investment in our home.

We would highly recommend this team for your project. We love how our bathroom came out. We also really appreciate that though we had several hiccups along the way, this team was completely true to their word. If it wasn’t right, they came right back and fixed it. They were honest and kind. We have found these qualities to be hard to find.
