Construction Masters truly specializes in stone work. The lovely Italian stone work they did it to perfection. I’m extremely happy with all of the work they did for us. The new floors, paint and exterior work is the finest!

Moshe (owner) oversaw a complete renovation (electrical re-wiring, kitchen renovation, recessed lighting, wall hvac, plumbing, flooring, etc.) of a rental unit in historic Harvard Heights area (central Los Angeles). Moshe patiently ran through ideas with me until we had an agreed vision of the end product. I later had some adjustments; Moshe never once lost his patience. He urged me to meet in person at critical stages in the project to go through completed work and explain next steps. He took videos and photos to keep me abreast when I was not able to meet (I live in SF.) He addressed the wrinkles that came up (inevitably) head on and quickly resolved. He is a great listener and communicator. Moshe understood the assignment: a cost efficient renovation that would be done with permits and city inspections and a finished unit that would retain its unique features. All the workers, from the painters to the cabinet installers to the plumbers to the electrician were great in their interactions with me and did a terrific job! I highly recommend -Moshe loves what he does! It shows in the people whom he hires and work that he delivers.

I can't tell you how happy I am with Construction Masters work! Their crews are wonderful! I hired them to do commercial work in my office build. They were able to meet my timeline and with quality. I can not recommend them enough.

I was so lucky to find Moshe Cohen for my house addition project and remodeling because the Construction Masters is the most cost effective and seemingly competent contractor. They made several free visits to my home to determine initial estimate for my house addition project.  He explained to us patiently my different options. Their pricing was very fair compare to other companies estimates and they do good and high quality work. Moshe and his team also have a great taste with all the finishing materials.

My family and I are very happy with his work.  I used several different contractors in past what never had a such amazing experience with any of them. Moshe is personable, cool, honest and easy to work with . I just wrapped up a full condo remodel in Sherman Oaks with Mickey Cohen and his teams and they nailed it. Mickey was very communicative and always kept me in the loop. Great quality of work. They kept the place clean during construction, didn't damage the structure at all, and made the remodel super easy on me. The neighbors didn't have any complaints either which was great.

Definitely recommend giving these guys a call for at least a quote.

He gave me a fair price and took care of the design and all the rest. He even gave me a few valuable tips that saved me money. Construction Masters did a major remodel for me; new windows, flooring, kitchen units/granite and moving internal walls. They also added a new 2nd floor external egress window. They did a fantastic job on all the work. They were very prompt, very good quality work and they are extremely clean and tidy in everything they do (I have kids around and they made it so easy with all the work going on). I'm about to use them for the third time, to fit new entry doors and remodel my family room. I don't go anywhere else now as I am that impressed with the quality of the work that they do.

It was great working with Moshe and his crews, who was incredibly communicative throughout the process (way more than most contractors I've worked with). The guys that Moshe hired - for a multi-tiered kitchen renovation - were equally thoughtful and kind, and Moshe himself came out most mornings to check in on the progress. Appreciated both the work done and the creative suggestions from everyone involved. And last but not least, never felt like I was getting the raw end of a deal, all the prices felt fair and commiserate with what research/bids I'd gotten from elsewhere. We purchased our home knowing it would need extensive remodels, and we were admittedly nervous after hearing so many horror stories about planning hold-ups and unreliable contractors. We did our homework, researched over 8 companies, and met with 5. The moment we met Moshe, we knew he was the right person for us. He was the right price, had the right temperament, the right balance of speed and detail orientation, and most importantly, he listened to what we wanted. While other contractors tried to push us into their vision, Moshe respected ours and guided us with smart advice that improved the design for real-life living. It was truly the perfect match.

From day one, Moshe was on top of everything. He always had a team on site, and they worked tirelessly through what was no small project: three bathrooms, moving the laundry room, relocating the kitchen, laundry and 2 bedrooms, installing new structural supports, moving multiple windows, moving a slider door and so much more. We even made changes along the way, and he accommodated seamlessly. Incredibly, all of this was completed in just three months, fully permitted and signed off by the city.

The quality speaks for itself. Every wall, cabinet, and tile is perfectly placed. During our walkthrough, we nitpicked small things, but Moshe was already ahead of us, pointing them out himself and immediately bringing in his team to perfect the final touches. He also gave us the “Moshe Guarantee”: if anything comes up in the months or years ahead, just call and he’ll send someone out. That level of pride and accountability is rare.

What impressed us just as much was the caliber of his entire team. Every single person Moshe brought onto our property was kind, respectful, and excellent at their craft, from Miguel the electrician to Victor, who built out our wardrobe, hung shutters, and took care of countless details. It was clear that Moshe surrounds himself with true professionals.

I truly cannot recommend Moshe and Construction Masters highly enough. They turned a daunting remodel into a smooth, exciting process, and the results exceeded our expectations. Absolutely poor customer service and coordination. We had an appointment scheduled 12pm and we were here the entire time. He didn't show up and when we called at 12:15pm he was on the freeway. He called and texted us and received a response he mentioned that he didn't take the effort to "open" the gate where he would of found any of the family members either outside or by the front door. I asked if he would turn around since the appointment time is an hour-block. He said "no I am in the middle of the freeway and we have to reschedule". Even though the customer service representative said the appointment would be between 1-1.5 hours. They just lost business to customers who are ready to start ADU build asap.
