Mainline Plumbing is a professional company with professional installers. I had an issue with my water heater and it needed to be replaced. Miguel and staff were at my house within 2 hours of being notified. After diagnosing the water heater they recommended it to be replaced being that it wasn't working and it was 17 years old. Within 2 hours after diagnosing I had a new water heater and the best thing "Hot Water"! I definitely recommend Mainline plumbing! Again thank you Mainline Plumbing!

Mainline plumbing was recommended to me when I was getting a gas fire insert put in. They did a great job at a fair price, and I couldn't have been happier. So when my kitchen sink started to back-up, I didn't hesitate to give them a call. They sent a technician, Obalit, out right away, and he got the job done in a flash. Fast, friendly, knowlegeable, afordable; you can't go wrong with Mainline!

My rental condominium unit in Modesto had a shower head leak. From the moment Mainline Plumbing in Escalon answered my call they were efficient and professional. Joey G came out and gave estimate that same day! His estimate was more that fair. He answered all my questions and talked to me with respect. He would have done the repair that same day, however my tenant had a previous appointment so, Joey came out and did the repair the next morning. The work that he did was clean and timely. A job well done!

Great company, great employees. I had the privilege of meeting Joey. Very personable guy. I called with an issue late at night expecting to leave a message, they answered after hours. The very next day, Joey came out and fixed my issue and was on time. I enjoyed the talks while he was working. Highly recommend them. Mainline is wonderful! We had an extremely high gas bill and were told from an inspector at PG&E that we had a slab leak going on. So I sought out a plumber and Miguel contacted me and was able to get me an appointment for the next day. Miguel and Carmelo came out, in the time window we were given, and they were able to tell us in 5 minutes that we didn’t have a slab leak. Miguel was great at showing us all of his findings and explaining everything to us in an understandable manner. They inspected the water heater and heating unit just to be sure there wasn’t a gas leak going on. They were very honest and didn’t try to solicit any unnecessary testing or work. I will definitely be using Mainline in the future.

Very satisfied with the service, Carmelo was the technician and arrived early on time, he proceeded to work immediately and was very quick and professional fixing the problem under the kitchen sink. Next time I have a problem I know I can count on them.

Excellent response time for water heater install when needed in a pinch and willing to work with our situation. I was able to source out my own water heater which was bigger than what they have on hand and they arrived promptly the same day to install the unit with no issues. Very professional and provided high quality services. Have used them before and will use them again.

I don't review businesses often and I guess I already gave Joey and his crew kudos from before. If I could give them a new review I would. Had a massive water leak while we were away on a trip and saw the leak on camera. The guys came over promptly and had the problem fixed and dealt with all over the phone. Payment was done remotely. Too bad we couldn't thank them in person. Thank you Mainline Plumbing!

Had a clogged sink drain in our kitchen. I did all I could and needed help before the weekend came. Mind you it was Friday morning when I called. Three local plumbers and no luck. I can’t recall the owners name but he was great. Got me worked in with a technician that was in our area. Joey was the tech and he was phenomenal. quick, courteous, and honest. Definitely recommend Mainline Plumbing for anything you can’t get done on your own.

Mainline plumbing came out today to fix my leaky faucet that my husband failed to fix. Joey was friendly and kind. Showed up on time at the estimated time and got the job done. Tom the dispatcher was also friendly and helpful. What a great company to deal with. Greatly appreciate the awesome service.
