"Sayyed was right on time. He was very efficient and pleasant. He had all of my smoke detectors changed quickly. I will definitely call 27 Westelectric again. I highly recommend them.

The tech was polite, and nice. He came in and removed the old fan. Replaced it with the new fan in record time. The fan wasn’t the one I chose from the options I was giving. But it’s fine , it will do.

Amazing honesty, integrity and expertise. I had an electrical issue that was very difficult to diagnose....called 27 West and Gerald diagnosed it over the phone within minutes after asking me a few questions....and then he came out the next day to confirm his diagnosis. He quickly confirmed it by measuring all of the circuit breaker lines and left without charging me $ because he said he barely spent any time helping me.....wow I'm not used to that level of customer service. I'll be a repeat customer for sure....

Jerald quickly figured out the cause of my electrical problem. He was pleasant, made me feel at ease and was extremely fair in his pricing. I will absolutely use him again, and recommend him to friends with full confidence.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Jerald spent hours measuring and calling to estimate materials onsite to prepare his quote for running electric to the back of my property. I agreed to the price, and paid him $2,600 of the agreed $3k up front. He came twice with a helper and has FAILED to run any wires. It's been weeks of excuses, agreed to times and no-shows, and then NOW he's telling me he made a mistake and needs $1k MORE for his mistake!!! I am out thousands and have nothing to show for it! Just a spool of wire in my driveway. STAY AWAY from this "electrician"-unless you just want to be taken advantage of...and I say this as a single-mother of 3 that's working hard and expect others I pay for professional services to simply operate in integrity and do what they proposed to do. Super disgusted.

These guys drive recklessly. Nearly ran me over trying to bolt to the 5fwy at el camino real on 4/13/26 at 6:53am. I was crossing the street, driver ignored me and drove within 3ft of me nearly missing me. I wouldn't trust them.

Great work maintaining light fixtures!

I needed to get my lighting done in my restaurant and so I called Escondido Electrician Pros and they were great. They came over and did such a great job on my lighting, it looked so professional and worked so well. Very impressed.

I called Escondido electrician pros to get my electrical panel updated and I must say I was very impressed with their professionalism and hard work ethic. They did a wonderful job and I have had no problems since!

When I needed an Electrician, I wasn't sure who to call. I called a few places but when I called Escondido Electrician Pros I knew they would be a good fit. I could tell they knew what they were talking about. I was very happy with the decision I made also because they did a great job as well!

I felt very safe, they guys wear masks and bootie in my home, the work os very good and you know what your paying up front 😉
