Kevin and his team at Custom Builders and Exteriors are awesome!! Their bid was right; their work was timely, cost effective and professional! The project the did for us came in under their bid in an effort to save us money. The kitchen remodel turned our really nice. This is the second time we’ve used them. My wife and I used Custom Builders & Exteriors to do a complete remodel of our exterior deck off our living room, which is the center-piece of our home in Cardiff-by-the-Sea, with an expansive ocean view. We are extremely pleased with the result, and our experience with Kevin Hubbard, who heads the company and oversaw every step of the project, from beginning to end. The price was reasonable, and the contract documents were very professional, including a breakdown of the cost of the work to be performed, and a payment schedule. Kevin and his crew were diligent in performing the work, and focused on the details. Kevin is a good communicator, who kept us informed, on a daily basis, of the work to be performed. He also took no short cuts, and made sure every aspect of the work was done to the highest standard. Highly recommended.
