These people are great! Randi took her time helping me select all the equipment I needed to clean my own windows and then taught me the secrets to window cleaning. I advocate cleaning your own windows in your home. It's just as fast as scheduling a professional and the sense of satisfaction is tremendous! And you save money, if that's a concern.

I was remodeling my home and decided to get new windows. A friend suggested plantation shutters, as well, and I knew exactly who to call. Randi was amazing and quick to offer up suggestions and options since I wasn’t totally clear about what I would like. I wanted shutters in every room. My extremely large sliding glass doors were a challenge and Window Magic Inc provided a few options along with the pros and cons and I decided on some lovely vertical drapes. I am beyond happy with the results in each room. I felt after everything was installed that my house felt ‘classier.’ The shutters really were the finishing touch on my rooms. The installation was quick and efficient. The service is first rate and the quality of product outstanding. I absolutely recommend Window Magic.

Excellent communication. Friendly, low-pressure sales. It was easy to setup an appointment. They showed up exactly when they said they would and did an excellent job of cleaning windows that hadn't been touched in over 10 years.

What a great company that truly goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. I've used them twice for window cleaning and ordered all the blinds in my house from them and have never had an issue.
