Andy and his team are very professional and really great to work with. The Juniper tree they trimmed is beautifully done. They left the job site very clean. I would recommend this company to anyone needing tree work.

Excellent work! I have a steep bank that is 30'x50' overrun with weeds. They weeded the entire area, including material removal, in just a couple of hours. The final result exceeded my expectations. Ricardo was great to work with and I would highly recommend this company.

We worked with Alonzo's to clear the hillside behind our house and trim some trees back. The pricing was reasonable, they were easy to work with, and they did a great job clearing the brush and cleaning up the yard. We will use them again for future work.

Hired Alonzo and Ricardo to help me clean my backyard of trees and bushes. My backyard has a steep hill and is tough to maneuver around. They did an amazing job in a day. After receiving a quote from someone who was highly recommended on a neighborhood group, I decided to get another bid. I am sure glad I did! Alonzo was on time to come by and make a bid and their bid was half the quotes I’d gotten. He is bonded and insured (very important to me) and they were on time, efficient and willing to do additional trimming of a bush at a very reasonable cost. The tree in the front yard that they removed was thoroughly excavated and the ground returned to normal. I asked for a thick heavy branch to be removed and they treated the wound after cutting. I will be calling him to have more thinning done now that the weather is cooler (they came on the hottest day of August…ugh!) and have him remove more branches. VERY respectful and careful around the property!

This was a great experience. Alonzo's quote to remove a large tree and lace three other trees was almost the same as three other quotes I had received. The difference is that he had a current tree pruning license needed to do the work legitimately (any job over $600 requires a Ca State contractor license). He also provided me with certificates showing his current worker compensation insurance (employees are injured and worse all the time with tree work) and liability insurance (so I don't become involved with a lawsuit should his tree work damage my neighbor's or my house).
Beyond that, the workmanship and care of my property was outstanding. I can tell you, as a retired, award winning landscape installation contractor of forty plus years, my expectations were pretty high.

I had Alonzo and Ricardo come and trim two large canary palms along with enormous bird of paradise, rubber and ficus trees. They also hauled up about 7 years worth of fallen leaves and cleaned up our back area. They covered my pool and cleaned up to a level I’ve never seen before. Very pleased and happy to recommend them. Prices were competitive to other bids, and the work was just fantastic and top of the line. They are insured and bonded and that clenched the deal for me. You will not regret!

I'm a Realtor and am particular with vendor selection in general after seeing homeowners get burned when they are penny wise but dollar foolish. The "ficus fig" tree in our yard is HUGE, a show stopper. The canopy can reach 50 feet across every few years and it's on a slope. Verification of license of insurance a must for this job. Alonzo sent this promptly.
Alonzo was the most professional of the 3 companies that I contacted. He responded quickly, communicated clearly via text, knows trees, gave a competitive estimate and was prompt to both scheduled visits. He was flexible when I had a change due to holiday guests.
They have a nice chipper truck and set up in front of our home with tarps, cones. Extra credit for tidiness. Two guys got geared up with serious safety equipment and climbed in the tree like monkeys. They HAND PRUNED (I did not expect this) for 7 hours, lacing it beautifully. All 3 guys cleaned up the yard very well. Alonzo stayed through the day, moving fallen branches and asked me for feedback after the trimmers took 6 feet off the top vs the 8-10 we had discussed. Conscientious...additional XC.
A true pro that I will try to steer more business to.

Had a 30 year plus date palm that was infested with a weevil. No treatment was available and the tree was dying so had to have the tree removed. Alonso and his crew did a great job. They were in and out within a couple of hours, did a great job of cleaning up after, had all the up-to-date equipment to do the job right and were reasonably priced. As a homeowner, I also appreciated the fact they were licensed and bonded. Would highly recommend and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer others.

Raul and team did a beautiful job of reducing the crown size of our large pepper tree and reducing the weight on the branches that were starting to crack. They also skillfully removed two very tall Mexican fan palms. They know what they're doing!

Raul and his crew showed up on time and got right to work. THey got up into my jacaranda tree in my front yard and trimmed it very well while also cutting it down to a manageable height. THey cleaned up everything very well. THe other part of Raul's crew worked on my backyard lemon tree, also trimming it inernally and then shaping it very well.
THey did a great job - my wife was very thrilled about how the trees looked.

We used Raul and Arbor Care for our home in Carlsbad. He cleaned up several of our dragon trees, yucca trees and VERY tall palm trees. Arrived on time, did the work beautifully, cleaned everything up and put everything back in place (some patio furniture and lighting had to be moved in the process). We will definitely be using Arbor Care again!

Outstanding experience from the initial on-site meeting to the completed project. We reached out to ArborCare and two other firms to remove 3 palm trees. Arborcare's quote was extremely competitive. They scheduled the job within 2 days. Their crew was professional, showed up exactly when they said they would, and I have never seen a crew work so hard. This was not an easy tree removal due to our landscape. Within 2 hours the job was complete - all three trees were removed including the stumps including clean up. My wife commented that she has never had a crew clean up like ArborCare. We could not have asked for a better experience.
