Great experience with friendly staff.

Repairman couldn’t replicate the problem although a similar electrical fault resulted in replacement of the control panel. He was pleasant, tried multiple times . but, possibly because the machine was hot from recent wash cycle, in switch worked on first press which it NEVER does normally. $99 for nothing- nobody’s fault except Miele’s for sending defective machine.

Honest pricing and great communication throughout the repair.

Friendly staff and quick, professional repair.

Excellent experience all around. Everything was organized, done on time, and handled with care. The final outcome turned out exactly the way I wanted. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism these days.
