So, my appointment was for 9am today. It is currently 11am and still nobody has shown up. I called and left a message, but no one has called me back. I emailed, but no response. I took the day off of work today just for this cleaning service. If you are a new customer, don’t bother scheduling with these people. Go with Maids in Folsom instead, they are a lot more dependable for new customers.

Finally found a house cleaning service that actually delivers. I’ve hired them for everything from deep cleanings to regular visits, and the quality is always consistent. The staff is punctual, professional, and honestly, they leave my house so sparkling clean it’s kind of a reset for my whole week. They don’t just hit the surface; they really get into the corners and catch all those tiny spots that usually get missed. Plus, their scheduling / availability has been really flexible—they’ve been able to get me in last minute several times without a hitch!
