Really impressive with Don and his services. Came out same day for an issue with our condensation duct leaking, and had things repaired in a timely fashion. Was very professional and continued to follow up for days after the problem to make sure things were working properly. Will be using again in the future!

Don Cassel installed our A/C Heating system in 2006. Eleven years later the capacitor went out on a week of 108 degree days. Even though he was scheduled 5 AM to 9 PM all week, he made time to stop by within 24 hrs since he values customer loyalty. Thank you, Don!

Donald was friendly, informative, and was able to diagnose and fix the issue with our AC unit quickly. He charged for his excellent work, but advised me on other areas to improve my HVAC system for free, even going so far as to send me links to products I could purchase, at no direct benefit to him. THAT is someone who cares about their customers, folks. Call him first before anyone else.
