What a wonderful experience we had with Casas Cleaning and Repairs. I called them to clean my mom's house as a gift to her and we could not have been happier with their service. They arrived on time, were so very professional, and went above and beyond for my mom. The service they provided was better than any she has ever had. Their attention to detail is top notch, they made her whole house sparkle :)

Jerry is always wonderful. Everything is fixed exceptionally well and quickly. He is a kind man and is super hardworking!! This time he went above and beyond to fix our kitchen sink which was severely clogged and the water was draining from one side to the other. He tried multiple times to get it unclogged and he got it working! Thank you so much! He is wonderful with kids too. He was so sweet to my baby as I was juggling between making sure my toddler was okay and describing what was wrong.

We had a cleaning day today with Araceli. She was so thorough and worked very hard for us. Our home is spotless, fresh, and feeling very comfortable and clean. Deep cleaning appliances, kitchen and bathroom, floors, everything! We couldn’t be happier!! Very impressed with this company, employees and the service!! Definitely a great cleaning and maintenance company! We are thankful!

Araceli is the best cleaner I have EVER experienced. She is a true professional and truly gifted. Every single area without fail was spotless and no dust anywhere. It’s something I’ve never experienced before! She is a perfect 10!

They were incredible!!! They were incredibly thorough and did an incredible job cleaning the house. They are also very kind and caring people and a pleasure to work with. They came out got the place brand new even without power working. Rob's 30+ years of experience shows in his work. He repaired multiple large holes in my drywall. Work done was professional and Rob was courteous the entire time he was working.

ROB repaired a prior contractors work that was a big mess. I wish I had him around for the last 20 years. He fixed electrical that could have burned my house down. He fixed a bathroom remodel with a sloppy dry wall job and electrical that left my bathroom unusable. He even fixed a roof that had been stripped from high winds. He is the BEST and pleasant to work with.

Rob has decades of contracting experience and does quality, quality work!
He was able to quickly trouble shoot and fix some electrical issues we were having. He did maintenance on our treasured courtyard gate so it nows hangs and locks properly.
The "big" job we had was the brick entry to our courtyard where tree roots had created a serious tripping hazard. There are always surprises and more area had to be removed than was evident. He did such a fantastic job meticulously replacing brick after removing the old concrete and tree roots. The entry looks fantastic and amazingly blends in beautifully with the decades old sidewalk!
He is great about responding to texts, explaining what he is doing and was always on time.
I would recommend his work to anyone and will call him in the future and HOPE he can fit us in...his appt list is growing and rightfully so! I'm grateful to the neighbor who gave me his business card!

Rob is very thorough and meticulous. For jobs within his scope, he knows what needs doin’ and he knows how to do it.

In my case, the house I bought a year ago had the stucco peeling off the foundation along the base of the entire exterior perimeter. Rob identified that when the stucco had been applied to the exterior walls, the installers covered up the weep holes at the bottom of the walls and that prevented moisture from draining properly… leading to the peeling stucco (and other foundation damage). He cleaned up the weep holes and did an awesome job repairing all the damage. Without any prompting from me, he made extra trips to Home Depot to get the color coat to match as much as practical. It all looks way better now. In my opinion his price was quite reasonable for many hours of difficult work in 90+ deg heat.

Rob’s text messages might be a tad verbose… but I guess that’s better than someone who doesn’t communicate at all ;-)

Robert Cerhan defrauded us out of money by demanding money up front to buy expensive materials and then disappeared without buying any material or doing any work. He is a fraudster.
