AC broke during the heat wave and Jim was able to come out same day and diagnose the issue and fix our unit. Highly recommend!!!

Jim is a chauvinist. Within 15 seconds of him being in my home, he asked if my husband was home. He didn't answer my questions and treated me like I was some poor, helpless woman. When I asked again about how will he send the quote, he said verbatim, "Oh I'll go ahead and call your husband. I like to talk to people." As if I'm not the adult homeowner standing in front of him. Poor excuse for a man. Don't give him your money.

When my heater stopped working I called Absolute Air and they came the next day to check it out. Jim, the owner, found out it was a faulty gas valve and put it on order. Quoting me a price. When the part came he installed it, and fixed the gas line that was installed kind of weird. Had extra loops in it from the original builder installed.
Bonus part of thestory is he charged me over $100 LESS than the quoted price. Can't say enough nice things about this company and would definitely recommend them for your heating and air conditioning needs.

Absolute Air in Fallbrook is absolutely a service you should avoid using. Jim came out on the first response and determined with 100% confidence that the furnace needed a "Pressure Switch" and charged me $204 to make that determination. He finally got the part a week later, installed it, which did not fix the problem. He then determined that the furnace needed to be totally replaced and charged me another $300 to make that determination. $500 later and the furnace was no better off. Jim then contacted us the next day and advised that "There may be nothing wrong with the furnace and that he wanted to come back out". What a joke!!
We went with a different, professional HVAC company who diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, efficiently and affordably.

I contacted Absolute Air to have my A/C unit moved from the rear of the house to the side yard. I spoke to Kathy and Jim over the telephone and was immediately impressed.

Jim arrived promptly for both the estimate and to complete the work. During the estimate, it was obvious Jim was very knowledgeable in his craft, but more importantly, took pride in his work.

As my home is new construction, the install was not especially neat and/or correct. Jim took the time and extra effort to correct the previous mistakes. The move/install was very meticulous.

Having owned numerous homes over the years, and dealing with a fair share of contractors, Jim is at the very top of the list. If you are looking for a contractor that is fair, actually does what he says, and is a true craftsman, look no further that Jim at Absolute Air.

Always on time, courteous, they get the job done

I contacted them after my AC stopped cooling during the night. The technician came in the next day and carefully checked each part of the system. After resolving the issue, the unit started working properly again.

An urgent issue was handled without delay, which helped a lot. The fix was quick and effective. Back to normal fast.

There was a weird smell every time the AC kicked on. That’s completely gone now after a thorough cleaning. Huge improvement.

Very friendly, timely and effective team. I use them every year to check my furnace before winter kicks in. They are great communicators, very efficient, and highly reliable. Also great that you can book an appt online. I highly recommend.

Very impressed and pleased with service. I needed my AC maintenance. CaliBreeze was quick to provide a service date. The tech was promote the very thorough. He not only cleaned the AC unit but checked air flow. We were having issues regulating AC air flow. Up stairs would be comfortable and down stairs was freezing. He removed additional filters we had stating that the one in the furnace was sufficient for the whole house and while the others were providing additional filtering it was also restricting the air flow. Since doing this we have found the difference between upstairs and downstairs temperature to be close to the same. This was a simple fix and he advised that if we were still having issues that we could do dampering on the various ducks but no needed to do that now. Appreciate the honestly and not trying to upsell. I would highly recommend them.

Cali performed a thorough yearly a/c service on our two units. We are quite pleased with their professionalism and quality of service. The following day, an a/c breaker burned out. They arrived early the next morning, quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced it without charging us again. I highly recommend this company.
