They explained everything to me clearly and in detail, ensuring I understood the problem and the solution. Best of all, they solved the issue super fast and efficiently. Great service—I highly recommend them!

Morrison HVAC took care of securing the loose air duct to the back of the furnace. There is no way I could've done that myself. They listened to my need and addressed the issue immediately! They also helped lay out a plan for future furnace & AC that made sense and based on their astute observations when onsite.

I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for my AC blowing warm air. Kevin was able to schedule me for the next morning. Kevin came over earlier than expected and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He had my AC blowing cold air in no time. We will definitely use them again for any HVAC needs. Thank you Kevin!

I was stuck on a hot weekend when my HVAC stopped working and the temperature and humidity in my house was quickly getting unbearable. I reached out to Kevin and he kindly offered to fit me in the his packed schedule. He quickly identified the problem and, although it wasn’t a part he had on him, he got it a day early and for less than the initial quote! Great to work with and such a nice guy!

Morrison Technician Josh was great in answering my questions and replacing a metering device and compressor in an almost brand new system that had failed prematurely due to a bad install. Morrison Mechanical was referred by a *whole bunch* of people on the "Friends of Vista" neighborhood Facebook page, so I called. Kevin Morrison called me back immediately, was willing to listen to (and encouraged me to share!) a LONG backstory about the problem. Then he offered to come by to look at it, but was willing to look at photos over the phone. He diagnosed the problem, gave me a price (less than half of other quotes!!!) and offered an available date soon. I offered to pay him for his phone time and expertise, and he refused.
