So far, we’ve had a very positive experience with SERVPRO. Kevin, the project manager, has been great to work with because he is professional, responsive, and attentive to our concerns. Alan also did an excellent job in our home. He was efficient, careful, and respectful of our property, and he was especially gentle with our cats, which we really appreciated.
The team has been transparent throughout the process, explaining what they were doing, what they were finding, and why certain steps were needed. They took the time to educate us about moisture, drywall absorption, and potential issues we would not have thought to check ourselves. We especially appreciated how thorough they were and how clearly they communicated everything. Everyone we interacted with, including the person who answered the phone, was friendly and helpful. Based on our experience so far, I would definitely recommend them.
