I had Ernie and his crew service my AC and Furnace. They cleaned both very quickly and efficiently. They then came back to finish some work in my attic and the condenser for my furnace. Ernie showed me pictures of before and after of what it looked like and how amazing it looked afterwards. He also fixed a gas line that wasn’t up to code. At the end of all of this I saw he did solar panel cleaning. I asked him about it and he was able to clean our panels right away even though he was finished and was about to leave. I highly recommend going through Heritage Air. They had a fast response, friendly service, and were clear on everything that needed to be done.

We recently hired Ernie and Heritage Valley Air to do service on our AC Unit. It was really a pleasure to work with the team. He was on time, very responsive and did the install on time. We wanted to uninstall, so we can pour cement underneath. He did both jobs on time and had no issues at all. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

We recently hired Ernie and Heritage Valley Air. What a pleasure to work with. He was on time, very responsive and did the install in two days. He replaced all my ducting from asbestos to brand new flex ducts, that were hung. We live in Oxnard and were debating since the entire hvac was being replaced to put in A/C. The choice was made and they did a great job. This is the best hvac company out there, by the way I contacted three other companies and Ernie was the most responsive and honest.. 10 star service and will hire them again.

Ernie installed a brand new energy efficient AC system in less than two business days. Ernie and his team cleaned out the air ducts, took down the vents to clean, and even relocated the condenser to an area of my choosing. Ernie got it done on schedule and on my budget. Work is guaranteed and well done.

SouthWest Heating and Air literally saved us from a potential tragedy! We called for help with a water leak coming from the HVAC in the house we had just purchased. Michael arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem immediately. He also took pictures of the inside of the unit so we could see that it had a thick build up of dust and dirt even around the heater igniter! Michael cleaned off all the hazardous dirt and grime and made sure everything was working properly. We were very impressed with the service and the reasonable price. So much so, that we are having SouthWest back to do the preventative AC maintenance in the spring.

Mike, the owner, is great - he's super friendly and provided great communication throughout the process. I was impressed on how responsive he is and how quickly he fixed my heater.

Huge thank you to Mike and his team for fixing my furnace he couldn't come out right away and take a look at it due to his appointment schedule but he went out of his way and coached me over the phone to try and troubleshoot it we got it working and he came out the next day and fixed the problem for a reasonable price highly recommend Mike Southwest Heating and Air conditioning. Mike the owner came by this weekend and installed my New Nest Pro thermostat! He put it together quickly and took some time helping me get everything set up. He was professional, very personable and made even a thermostat install awesome. Over all great experience working with Mike. Now I can adjust all things temp for my home right from my phone, and that’s pretty cool.

Called Mike late Wednesday and he was able to schedule my appointment for the following day, no emergency involved. Mike and his associate arrived on time, both wearing face masks as is necessary during this time of health crisis. It seems through our phone conversation that he had an idea of what the problem was with my HVAC unit and upon examination he was correct. He fixed the problem and preformed a cleaning service on the unit. Prices were very reasonable and appreciated. Mike was very prompt, professional and friendly...and to top it off his prices were easy to digest.
