I contacted Plumbing Care Inc. after discovering a leak in my upstairs bathroom. A technician was dispatched and arrived within an hour. Zyaire Ofarlea was knowledgable and quickly identified the problem. He explained in detail two potential options and costs associated with each. We agreed on next steps and he returned the next day to install new equipment. Zyaire took great care to protect the area. Service was excellent and work completed quickly. I highly recommend Plumbing Care Inc. and will use them again.

Amazing company! Fast service for an emergency call. We ended up actually not needing their help in the end, but their technician came out, chatted with us with a smile on his face and when we said we didn’t need them after all, he gave a handshake and smile, and have a nice day. 5 star experience, even though the experience was short.

Mr. Lerinc notified me via text prior to his arrival and was onsite within the specified timeframe. He installed both a 1-1/4” Moen Flo Smart shut off valve and an 3/4” earthquake gas shutoff valve at my residence. His knowledge and experience enabled him to efficiently install both valves with minimal disruption to the services. I appreciated the information he provided regarding the operation of the valves and his assistance with setting up the application on my phone to connect the Moen valve to the WiFi network. He also re-lit the pilot light on my water heater after turning the gas back on. Excellent job Mr. Lerinc, thank you!
