I'm really disappointed with how the consultation went. I was genuinely excited to bring my vision to life, but unfortunately, it felt like Zack had little interest in my project. I got the impression that assumptions were made about my budget, and it seemed like he decided what I could or couldn't afford without asking any real questions.

The experience fell far short of what I was told to expect. The sales agent mentioned that the consultant would present a 3D rendering on an iPad or computer—none of that happened. There were no notes taken, no portfolio shared, and overall, the meeting felt rushed and unprofessional.

To top it off, the quote I was given seemed completely arbitrary, calculated on a phone with no breakdown or itemization. I wouldn’t even be able to use it for HOA approval.

Needless to say, they’ve lost my business. Extremely disappointing experience.
