Been to a lot of Walters, this by the far the worst one. Customer service is not great, service is even slower. Definitely will not be coming back.

Since this company took over the lot on our block, living nearby has become extremely difficult. Interactions with both ownership and staff have been consistently unprofessional and rude, but the larger issue is how disruptive their presence has been to the surrounding neighborhood.

They frequently place large trash containers directly on the street and park multiple work trucks along curbs, making the area look neglected and creating unnecessary congestion. The noise pollution is especially concerning, there have been multiple occasions where heavy vibrations and loud activity early in the morning have literally shaken our homes and woken residents up, yet no apparent effort is made to mitigate the impact on the community.

What’s most frustrating is the double standard. Residents are quick to have the city called on them for minor issues, while ongoing disturbances from this business go unaddressed. Long-time neighbors, some who have lived here peacefully for 30+ years have had their quality of life severely affected.

This review reflects the experience of multiple residents, not just one individual. Businesses operating in residential areas should act responsibly and respect the communities they are part of. I hope potential clients take the time to read these reviews and consider whether they want to support a company that shows little regard for its neighbors.
