Technician were great, but the cost was much more than what I was quoted on the phone.

I didn't like it they tried to give me another price when they came . And my carpet looks the same doesn't even smell clean...

Did not clean carpet, soaked carpet and left it that way quoted $69. Worker wanted $700.00

This was the best upholstery cleaning experience I have ever had just had them out 2 weeks ago and now I hired them for my daughters sofa they are very professional take precaution and have alot of knowledge on what they do I'm so glad to have found this company highly recommend them and just look at the work they do!!

Horrible! They quoted us 40-75 dollars to clean a 8 by 10 foot area rug over the phone. When they showed up they told me it would be 150. I told them I wanted to talk to their manager and it just so happened to be the same guy who quoted me between 40 and 75. When I called him out on this he said that he would discount me to 99 dollars. I told them to get out of my house. They waisted my time and lied. My rug was not very dirty so 99 dollars was ridiculous. Don't waist your time with these people!

This guys did a great jobs on my carpets. They came right on time and were able to complete the work quickly and at a reasonable price. I will definitely recommend them to others.

Had scheduled for a couch to be cleaned on 11/21/17 between 2-4. I was left a voice message indicating the technician was running late and to return a call if I had any questions. I then received a call in which the person rudely talked over me stating they wouldn't be able to come as I had not answered the 2 phone calls. I explained the message; which she again talked over me stating over and over "we can give you a 10 percent discount to reschedule." Why would I reschedule with customer service like this. Now I am stick trying to find a better company last minute.

I hired stainmasters to apply a deep cleaning in my property. I have a lot of sf of carpet in my building that was very dirty and started to smell lately.
They came right on time and executed a great quality job. Stains are gone along with the smell. We are pleased. Will definitely recommend this company.

The technician were very professional and dedicated. My carpet was actually very stained. I had it cleaned today, and I am waiting to see the results after it gets dry. It seems pretty clean so far, given the conditions it was in before.

I never even got the chance to get use the services because they never showed up for my appointment. Horrible customer service. I made an appointment for between 10am and 12pm. At 1pm no one had showed up so I called. They said the technician is late and they would call me when he was on his way. At 3pm no one had shown up still, so I called again to check the status of my appointment. I was told they called my phone number, someone answered, said they were me, and cancelled my service. This was a flat out lie. I hadn’t moved from my phone since 10 am and didn’t receive a single phone call. I told them this and they said they already rerouted their technician and they couldn’t come anymore because they were booked. All they could offer me was to reschedule a few days later. I just moved into my new house and told them that wouldn’t work for me because I needed the carpets cleaned before I moved my stuff in so I needed it done today. They told me they would cancel my appointment since I couldn’t reschedule then hung up on me. I called back and they answered then immediately put me on hold. I hung up and called back and someone else answered. I told her I want to file a formal complaint. She said she heard me talking to the other person then hung up. Very unprofessional, very rude, lied to me, and I never got my carpet cleaned. Would give negative stars if I could.

Just had my carpets cleaned by them and was so amazed with how professional and knowledgeable this company was! the technician was able to inform me with everything that needed to be done and worked with my budget! had pet stains and was able to get the odor and stains out with no problem. will be using them again without a doubt!

We just purchased an older home and the tech did a fantastic job of cleaning the carpets. The tech texted me when he was on his way over, and texted me when they were about 30 minutes from being finished. He took the time to show me how to properly install my furnace filter (ours is older and a bit tricky) and was patient the entire time in explaining everything they were doing. He was really great about making the appointment, following through and communicating with us, and his estimate was just about spot on. I decided to give this company a try since they had high ratings but sadly I was disappointed with the way they do business. Let me explain, I scheduled a appointment and had the technician show up. I explained that I wanted him to clean our outside patio furniture cushions. 25 in total. The technician proceeded to give me an over priced quote of $800 which included a stain protector and deodorizer. I believe he gave me this quote because of where the job was located. (San Manuel Indian Reservation) Once I explained that price was more than I was expecting to pay he quickly offered a discount (wink, wink) he dropped the price to $505 for the cleaning alone and stated he would do the stain protector and deodorizer at $150 but that I had to pay him separately. When I questioned this type of transaction he stated that he is a independent contractor and that he basically gets jobs from Stainmasters. I accepted the job since I was under a time crunch and didn't want to get into a feud with the technician over his poor ethical behavior. Also, when the technician was done I barely caught him as he was leaving because he didn't complete 5 of the cushions. Please beware of this company and who they contract out. We will not be using this company again and I strongly suggest you do your due diligence before hiring them since they are hiring shady characters who are clearly opportunistic.

It is safe to say my renters didn't care much about keeping the carpet very clean. This company came in with no judgment and made this wrecked carpet look like new again!! It was no easy task i will highly recommended.
