I have engaged with this company twice. Once in February and once in May. They responded once and asked for additional information then never heard from them again in February. Then when inquiring on mowing service they didn't respond to a call or text on when they could start.

J-House is not reliable. I never knew when he was coming or if he was coming. He would text me randomly and say I’ll be there to cut your grass. Sometime show sometime not. He would mow and not take out weeds. Very unprofessional.

Does a good job when he does show up,
but rarely responds to you. will not be there consistently gave them another chance and the same behavior save yourself the stress will not be there when you need them.

Unreliable! I didn't know if this guy was going to cut my lawn or not. I got so frustrated trying to chase down this guy! He never answered his texts, calls, or emails. It would be a week and a half or so before I hear something! He says he would cut my lawn and when I arrive to my property, the lawn has not been cut! >:(

Very bad communication skills! I will never refer a friend to Jhouse Simaj! I call him several times and left messages for my lawn to be re-cut again he never answer or return my call. He gave an outrageous price to cut cypress trees.
