Marco was able to schedule the work a few days later on Wednesday. He kept me informed on his crew’s arrival time up until they arrived. His crew went straight to work and Marco took photos of there progress and sent them to me while I was at work.

They discovered a tree that was infested with termites and reported their findings immediately. Marco offered to remove this tree that same date at a fair price. We hired Timber Pros to prepare our home for a Cal-Fire inspection while selling our home. Our property was very overgrown with several trees and shrubs close to the house. Timber Pros gave our property the makeover it desperately needed and we passed our inspection with flying colors! In addition to doing a wonderful job on the property, the customer service was top-notch. During the process we were out of the country for a few days, and managing communication and payment remotely was made easy for us so we could enjoy our trip. It was my first time using Yelp to create a project. I was so lucky to find Timber Pros. They were the first to respond and the quote was excellent. The other quotes I received were either higher or they have to come on site to give us a good deal.

Timber Pros owner Marco is very experienced and was able to come up with a quote based on my pictures and descriptions without coming to our house. That is hugely convenient cuz I hate to take time off.

As you can see, there was a lot of trees to trim, on 3 sides of the yard, with some trees even taller than a 2-story house, some have big trunks too.

We settled with Timber Pros the same day after going through 8 other quotes and reading through all Yelp comments on Timber Pros. Sure enough, we weren't disappointed, the service included trimming more than 50 trees and removing 2 trees. Marco even threw in some freebies for my front yard.

His team did it in 3.5 hours, including disposing and cleaning. Now I am happy that my backyard trees don't encroach onto my 3 neighbors' properties. I also feel safe because I know one of the trees that I removed will cause major damage to the block wall very soon, and will create even bigger and more costly problem.

The team was quick to responding with a reasonable quote and schedule the job the very next day. The trimming was performed quickly with a great group of guys that was also careful of some sprinkler pipes I had at the base of the tree. They were in and out and done before I knew it. Would highly recommend.

I wish I could give them 100 reviews. They had the best price of everyone I quoted, responded quickly, and even came out same day when I followed up with them! They were in and out, cleanup and removal in less than 30 minutes. My setup was extremely awkward and they figured it out quickly and safely with zero complaints!
