NexGen HVAC & Plumbing

It's taken a year to write a review after having both plumbing and HVAC installed through NextGen. The process was very stressful but needed to be done. If I had it to do all over again would I have selected Nextgen? I would have to say, Yes. Installers, warranty service techs, seasoned plumbers, who have returned to my home with no problem to correct errors to or upgrade to the work previously done. They also offered through a partner company which was definitely needed. Bottom line, HVAC staff is and has been great. All of their service men have been polite, professional and knowledgeable.
Plumbing staff gets mixed reviews from me with some that were were polite, professional and knowledgeable. If I had to grade each division on courtesy, knowledge and professionalism, I'd give the HVAC division a solid "A" and the Plumbing division a solid "B+" Also, customer service is great!

I had a great experience with NextGen for our HVAC evaluation. Art, the technician, was kind, professional, and very thorough in both his inspection and explanation of the issues. He took the time to walk us through his findings and clearly demonstrated knowledge and expertise, especially regarding the refrigerant leak, blower, and coil concerns. I really appreciated the detailed report he provided — it gave us a much better understanding of what was actually going on with our system. Highly recommend!
