I cannot express my gratitude enough for the peace of mind your team has given me. I had a terrible experience with a previous furnace repair service that was scheduled for just a routine maintenance check. They attempted to sell me services I didn't need, ruined my return duct to coerce me into paying for a costly duct cleaning, falsely claimed that mold was everywhere, and insisted that I needed to replace all my ductwork and my 8-year-old heating system (which is currently working fine).
