Maksym went above and beyond to not only troubleshoot the issue with our AC on a weekend but also help us get into a new system. Our system was over 25 years old and finally gave out. He and his team were here within a couple days the new system. He and his team were very polite, used drop cloths from the front door to the furnace and always wearing booties in the house. It's never a good time to have to buy a new airconditioning unit and but I felt fotunate working with Maksym as he was honest and seemed to have our best interest in mind. I would definitely recommend he and his team. THANK YOU for the great job!!!

Maksym was progressional and able to diagnose and resolve the issue quickly. He explained things clearly and concisely. Will go back to him for any additional HVAC issues and would recommend.

Maksym was professional, friendly and most of all transparent
He serviced my unit after I received an overpriced quite from another provider. Maksym gained trust and a loyal customer
Thank you!

Sincere and honest. Hard to find such workers these days. Values giving accurate information/assessment rather than making money. Will hire him again.

Great service and team all together.

Great price and friendly professional service. Highly recommended

Fast, efficient, professional HVAC service.
I would gladly recommend to my clients and friends.

Great job by Maksbuilder replacing our furnace in Newport Beach. The new one heats the house so much better. Friendly, skilled technicians too.

Everyone was courteous and considerate, from the customer support representatives on the phone to the technician who visited my house. After the repair, my house was left neat and orderly since they took great care of it. A five-star experience indeed!

Maksbuilder is definitely the place to go for your hvac system issues. Excellent service and very reasonable price. You can trust maksbuilder.

If you need someone reliable, trustworthy, and above all, ethical, stop searching and hire Maksym. That's truly all you need to know.

But if you want more: Maksym came to my rescue at the last minute when my AC failed completely. Other companies left me reeling with sky-high quotes--some exceeding $20,000 to replace the entire unit without bothering to do a detailed check. Maksym arrived promptly, provided an exceptionally thorough diagnosis, and not only fixed the problem the very same day, but did so with a warmth and professionalism that's rare in this business.

Beyond his skill, Maksym is simply a pleasure to work with. He operates with an integrity and honesty that is evident the moment you speak with him. He laid out exactly what repairs might be needed down the line, giving me peace of mind and confidence in future decisions. My AC unit is old and well past its prime, but Maksym managed to breathe new life into it, saving me thousands and buying me valuable time.

It's rare for me to say this--I'm notoriously skeptical and picky when it comes to hiring help--but Maksym has earned my complete trust and loyalty. When the day finally comes to replace my unit, he will be the only person I call.

Maksym and Maksbuilder, thank you for your incredible work. You turned what could have been an expensive nightmare into a smooth, fair, and surprisingly pleasant experience. You've gained a customer for life.

We’ve had a great experience with Maksym and his team. They’re always polite and professional, and they make it easy to still feel comfortable at home while they work. Our house has a pretty complicated setup, but they handled everything with skill and care. They also leave the space spotless when they’re done, which we really appreciate. Highly recommend!

My A/C started blowing warm air so I started looking around for an honest HVAC company. Maksym responded promptly and even came out the next day to look at my unit. He accommodated my schedule and even worked quietly so as to not wake my kids. He gave me a reasonable quote and was able to fix the problem right away. More than that he fixed some things on my unit that might cause problems in the future. Really a great guy and a quality technician!

Maksym is exceptional in his service. He delivers timely, at a fair price, and with professionalism. I recommend him to anyone looking to get a good diagnosis of his AC problems, and looking for a quick but effective solution.

My AC broke down late in the evening, and this HVAC tech showed up faster than I expected. He found the problem right away, explained my options clearly, and had everything running again in one visit. No surprise charges, just honest work at a fair price. I’ll be calling him again if I ever need HVAC help.

The technician arrived promptly, as scheduled, and was highly professional. They quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the necessary repair in a clear, easy-to-understand manner. The quote was reasonable
