We used White Mechanical through Costco and were impressed with the entire team and install process. They were always on time, clean and professional. They checked in regularly throughout the project and their prices were extremely competitive. Highly recommend working with Brent and the entire team!

Repairman showed up during the expected time frame. He was friendly and professional and diagnosed the problem immediately. The condenser fan motor has worn bearings and needs replacement. Since he was here working overtime, their office was closed so he will call in the morning and let me know the availability of the part. Upon leaving, he gave me some tips on keeping my system in best running order. I appreciated this and am very pleased with the service so far.

Russell and his partner are excellent service representatives. They really care about providing great service. They took care of our needs and we will use White Mechanical again.

The technician was professional and efficient. Another company had performed an a/c service and told gave us a list of things wrong that needed repair. We were suspicious of their report so had White Mechanical do another service and said the units were both in good working order. They didn't try to pressure us into unnecessary repairs or additional services. Greatly appreciate their integrity and will definitely use again.

White sent a tech at my request to evaluate my current system and offer advice on improving heating and air conditioning of my home. The technician, Kevin, arrived on time and started work with questions for me. On the basis of the answers, he began checking out the system and troubleshooting. Finding a condition that meant replacement could be the best approach, he offered approaches and responded to my request for a full written estimate and quote by sending an email very shortly after our meeting. He was careful, technically sound, and thorough. White lady me very satisfied with their response to my request.

White Mechanical installed an AC for us about 18 months ago. They were so great, we did not hesitate to call them to replace our second unit a few weeks ago. Another fantastic job!! The entire staff is extremely professional and responsive, and the technicians did a wonderful job with the installation. You can't go wrong with White Mechanical, so don't go anywhere else!!!!

Great service; honest. We recently replaced the A/C system with them through Costco and the service, price, and installation was good. Later, our furnace died (original unit/never replaced) and I called White Mechanical to come take a look. They were quick to come out and after some new parts came in, Mark and Steve took great care to make sure the job was done right as well as take the time to explain what was going on. Having gone through a lot of construction, it's nice to find a company you trust and recommend.

Excellent service. Very professional in attitude and proficiency. Maintained high standard of cleanliness throughout the project, which took three very full days. Everything explained to us well. Thoroughly recommend to others.

Our service man arrived on time and was able to complete the work in a timely manner. He was very informative, giving us sought-out advice about what we can be doing to care for our AC.

They did an excellent job replacing my old AC unit with a new one. Went through various options and helped me find the best to meet my budget. On the day of appointment, they came in early and finished the work in time. I am happy with the workmanship and professionalism.

My old system finally called it quits and the folks at White Mechanical found me a reasonable replacement option. Within a couple of weeks they had the new system installed and working great. Theo and team took care to not bump and bang things in and around the house getting the new unit into the attic. Very friendly and went out of their way to answer any questions and explain things. Very happy to have used these guys.

White Mechanical put in a brand new HVAC system for us about 2 years ago and did an excellent job. They even redid the vent system in the attic and added two air intake openings that were needed. They did it on time, within budget, and everyone I dealt with was very professional. When the building inspector came to sign off on the project he shared that White Mechanical was one of the top three in OC - which aligned with my experience. Ever since they have been great in servicing the system; during this recent heat wave they went the extra mile. The downstairs system went out unexpectedly and Theo, who is often the technician who works on our home - and is great - came out and was unable to trouble shoot it as there was an unusual error code. Anna, their very helpful scheduler, got Theo back two days later on a Saturday morning at 8am sharp. He finished the job after doing more research and talking to tech support. It was a loose wire, perhaps even a manufacturing defect, but he got it working again to our relief. White Mechanical is great. They are very professional and stand behind their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I don't normally post reviews, but I have to give credit to companies that exceed my expectations. Brent was extremely detailed and informative. He had a thorough inspection and took his time answering all my questions, which I normally have a lot of. Haha. Great service!

Excellent company. The experience with Brent as the sales person and Gary as the technician was very professional. They answered all my questions and were very patient to listen to any requests that I had. This company is aligned with Costco so I felt very comfortable with any issues that may come up later in dealing with any warranty concerns.

They came out and fixed the problem with my ac. Tech was very polite and professional. He explained everything to me clearly and was very honest, didn’t try to gouge me. I have nice cool Air again without having to replace my unit.

White Mechanical is an excellent company. Both the office staff and technicians are polite, efficient, and helpful. We first bought our system from White Mechanical and subsequently received yearly tuneups for about 15 years. Could not be happier with their service. They are professionals in every sense of the word.

I contacted White Mechanical to fix my air conditioning unit which was leaking. I spoke with Anna who was very professional and responsive. Appointment confirmation was easy with one click in an email. I was able to secure a service appointment within a couple days.

Technician Kirk responded to my residence. Kirk was professional, knowledgeable and honest. Kirk quickly identified the issue and resolved it within approximately one hour and 15 minutes.

I feel comfortable contacting White Mechanical again for any future issues or for routine maintenance. I would recommend White Mechnical to my friends and/or family.
