The pipe in the back of my house burst. Called Nido plumbing, customer service were so friendly and helpful. Carlos was the plumber assigned to me. He was professional and friendly as well. He fixed the problem with no issue. Price was affordable. I am very happy and satisfied with the service I received from them. I definitely recommend this company to everyone. I recently had Nido Plumbing come out and install a new tankless water heater after my old tank heater gave up. This was my first experience hiring a plumber. Carlos, the technician that did the work was very professional, did a good job explaining the process and made a stressful situation a little more manageable. The folks at Nido Plumbing, in particular Brandon and Arran were stellar plumbers and from now on my go to for all plumbing needs for not only my home but also those of my clients and friends.

I had a big water issue from a recent remodel and the entire time we speculated it came from drainage. After several visits to isolate the problem Brandon and Arran had a different theory…maybe the issue isn’t a drain issue after all. They traced the problem to water softener as the glue seal wasn’t fully set but that didn’t really explain why there was so much water leaking and they weren’t satisfied yet. The investigated other possibilities and asked me to turn on my AC, once I did that, gallons and gallons of water started flowing and turns out that it isn’t a plumbing issue but rather, an HVAC issue.

They both spent multiple days and hours diagnosing the problem and were not satisfied until they found the problem. Arran assured me that he’s not giving up until he located the source and I commend them both for being diligent, honest, and thinking outside of the box!!!
