Reviews of local pros in Freedom, California

Awesome job. Prompt, great communication, and very nice guys.

Bernardo and his son did an excellent job cleaning my carpets and my 3 seat couch sofas. I would definitely recommend their services. They are very kind, considerate, and effective at what they do. They paid attention to the smallest details, and I will be calling them again for my next service. Thank you Bernardo!

On time , courteous, and professionals. I’ve been using them for many years.

Bernie you were professional, prompt, thorough, and our 23 yrs old wall to wall carpets look beautiful! Will be calling you again next year. Thank you

This is a family owned business that works very hard together to keep their customers satisfied. They are Polite , Respectful and they are very flexible to work around your schedule . I really like how I was able to communicate Via Text . I highly recommend them and know that you will be very happy with their work .

I never do reviews but had to for this business. They did such an amazing job! I have small children and animals therefore our carpets and couch get dirty. I’ve had the carpets professionally cleaned in the past but was never impressed. But today I couldn’t believe how great the carpets looked! I was even thinking about buying a new couch but not now that it looks brand new. They did a really good job and I’ll definitely be using and recommending them in the future-

Ponce is professional, reliable and quick to respond. They are friendly and did a great job!!! I rate them 5 stars.

It was a pleasure doing business with Ponce carpet cleaners. Making an appointment was easy and deficient. They did a wonderful wonderful job. I highly recommend this company.

Ponce provided excellent services from start to finish. Bernie was knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I appreciated his straight forward approach and communication. He showed up on time, did a great job, and followed up for feedback in terms of satisfaction. They performed carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning at a reasonable price. I’m a very happy and satisfied customer and plan on scheduling Tile cleaning next.

Best carpet cleaning I have had in 10 years. They were very thorough professional and efficient. They were very flexible and pleasantly helped work around my 95 year-old mother. Highly recommend them.

Been using Ponce Carpet Steam Cleaning for about 6 years after trying several other carpet cleaners that fell short over the years-drastic price increases, damaged items, and decrease in quality. Ponce Carpet Steam Cleaning does an annual carpet cleaning of our home business that gets a lot of foot traffic. Scheduling has never been an issue, prices are reasonable, professional/courteous staff, and great results.

Highly recommend you give them a call

The whole process was very smooth. Bern was very down to earth and a hard worker, he made sure he was doing everything correctly and didn't rush anything . If you ever need to get your carpet dried or cleaned. I highly reccomend Bern and his fathers company!

This is the best cleaning service around. RCS gives you personal custom to your business service. We have been using RCS for over 4 years. No other services have lasted 12 months.
If we need anything or extras RCS is immediately ready to get the job done.

VERY Highly recommended

These guys did a giant deck repair for me and it is perfect. You can't say that very often. Perfect!

I used Knowlton Construction after the Loma Prieta earthquake to do some major repair work to my other house. When our upstairs bathroom shower started leaking I searched for contractors and I was surprised Bill was still at it. He submitted a reasonable estimate in a timely manner. We had them upgrade the shower, replace the tile floor, add a vent and electrical outlet for the bidet. Positives: the project turned out very well. The plumbing and tile subcontractors did great work. His lead man, Patrick was competent (although a bit grumpy). Criticisms: Communication on the scheduling could have been much better, it took 5 months for completion, prices on change orders were not give, so I was surprised about some of the charges. It was taking so long, I actually did the finish plumbing, cleaning and touch up myself. I understand this was in the midst of the pandemic and Bill had some health and family issues, but that's a long time without the bathroom.

Great company. They were professional and honest. The work on our home was done quickly and at a very fair price. I have even referred them on to friends. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Designed and created an excellent garbage can shed. Not only is it stylish, a strong wind won’t disturb it. Well made with attention to detail. Painted to match the house. Highly recommend this construction contractor and his crew.

Joel and the crew from NorCal Coast Construction did an amazing job. They were fast, professional, and we now have a beautiful and sturdy entryway deck that will last for lifetimes of use. Thanks Team, your craftsmanship is top notch and you knocked this project (and our expectations) out of the park!

Thank you for remodeling and putting in the hard work to make everything look amazing. Your dedication, effort, and attention to detail really show, and it’s truly appreciated. Great work! Definitely recommend NORCAL COAST CONSTRUCTION for your next project! Thank you again for the great service and professionalism. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly cares about the quality of their work and their customers
