I called Appliance ProCare on a Saturday afternoon and Jason came over that evening. I was pleasantly surprised that he was OK being that it was 8:00pm. I even told Jason that we could postpone visit as it was getting pretty late but he insisted it was OK. It took him less than a minute to diagnose my fridge not cooling properly. He temporary manually defrosted our fridge enough so it could work for 2-3 days until he got the parts. Jason came back as promised 3 days later to replace defroster & thermostat.
Not only Jason was quick to diagnose & fix problem but he was cordial and patiently explaining what the issue was. Kudos to Appliance ProCare and Jason for resolving fridge problem promptly. -
