I called Appliance ProCare on a Saturday afternoon and Jason came over that evening. I was pleasantly surprised that he was OK being that it was 8:00pm. I even told Jason that we could postpone visit as it was getting pretty late but he insisted it was OK. It took him less than a minute to diagnose my fridge not cooling properly. He temporary manually defrosted our fridge enough so it could work for 2-3 days until he got the parts. Jason came back as promised 3 days later to replace defroster & thermostat.
Not only Jason was quick to diagnose & fix problem but he was cordial and patiently explaining what the issue was. Kudos to Appliance ProCare and Jason for resolving fridge problem promptly.

Jason is a great professional. Got a Viking hood repaired - got us the parts and came back to install it. Good communication and timely.

Jason solved a problem with my combo microwave/oven that two other appliance repair companies had been stumped by. He ordered the parts (as usual, 5-7 days) and when they didn't come in till Saturday evening, he called and asked if we would like him to come over then! Talk about above and beyond. He really knows his stuff, not just on Jennair appliances, but Subzero and Wolf as well and probably lots more. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I initially called Reliable Appliance Repair in El Cajon to repair my 6 month old Vissani(Home Depot brand) refrigerator which had stopped cooling. Terry from RAR showed up to say it's more than likely a control board. Two days later Terry came back with a control board. It did not remedy the issue.
Terry began giving me a host of reasons why. Everything from, could be a faulty new control board to bad compressor, and even exclaimed,
"Maybe he didn't hook the board up correctly".
I then proceeded to demand a refund as I tossed him out by the laurels on his keester.

I then called AppliancePro who sent Jason K, the very same day. Jason checked Terry's work on the board, which checked out fine. However, in 15 minutes Jason had it running like the day I bought it with the issue being - connectors behind the back wall of the freezer that connect power to the cooling tubes weren't connected properly.

Was Terry messing with me to prolong repairs and run up the bill? I dunno'... I suppose that we will never know and it'll remain a mystery.

Appliance not working? Call these guys at AppliancePro. Get Jason on it. You'll thank me later.

Yeah, they're good. Timely and professional service. I woke to a warm fridge. I called them when they opened at 8AM and got a same day 3 hour time window for a technician to come by. Technician (Jason) texted me 5 minutes before he arrived during that time frame. Jason replaced a busted start relay to get my fridge working again, charged me by credit card ($350 total for repairs), as was done in less than 20 minutes. My fridge was completely fixed within 3 hours of me calling!

Would recommend to anyone.

Called these guys MISTAKENLY believing that they were an AUTHORIZED Miele Service provider. Just got off the phone with Miele. THEY ARE NOT. Should have done my homework. Tech broke some screws while attempting to open the unit up. After replacing a defective igniter, tech just started to put back together without fixing the broken screws. I had to point out that it was a safety hazard without those screws and insist that he repair the damage HE HAD DONE. He did a sloppy repair job with non OEM parts and it cost me twice as much as an authorized Miele repair would have. And to top it all off, I am uncertain as to whether or not they may have done damage to the cook top in the course of their work that will show up in the future.
