I would not trust what they say based on my experience. Jeffrey Draeger promised to give detailed quote and at competitive prices. So I decided it was a worthy investment of time to meet. Long story short, the quote took forever to get after meeting Jeffrey is "busy". I had to keep prompting him to do it. When I did get it, it was very vague. It also was not very competitive price wise in certain areas in my opinion. Jeffrey keeps complaining he is too busy to answer questions, etc. about the quote. Thats fine then don't waste peoples time when they explain exactly what they are looking for and encourage them for an hour to meet them. He was associated with Draeger construction, which if you read the reviews you will want to stay away. He told me it was his dads company and they still owe people money. Where there is smoke, there is fire! My recommendation be very careful with him and best to stay away.

From the time of our first meeting through the final walk through on the completion of the Mitigation Phase of our water damage claim everyone has been courteous and Professional.
Scott Caro was our Project Manager and Anthony Brabago was the on-site Manager.
Both we’re excellent to work with. They promptly returned our calls and answered our questions.
I was impressed with the thoroughness of their inspection of the water damaged areas to insure that we were good-to-go
with the Reconstruction Phase of our claim.
