Construction Company reviews in Fremont, California

It was a fair company to work with

Damn painted my house and the job was excellent.

EXCELLENT WORK...RIZ AND ALBERTO DID A GREAT JOB. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ZEMM CONSTRUCTION

Their customer service is excellent and communicates effectively. We are satisfied with our requested remodeling which was completed in timely manner. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

They were great to work with. Completed project early and did a great job updating an old bathroom. They updated us every step of the way and there was no confusion on what was being done. Fair price and very honest about cost up front. I would recommend them for your next project.

I recently had the pleasure of working with ZEMM Construction for a full home remodel, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the team at ZEMM was professional, responsive, and truly dedicated to ensuring that my vision for my home was brought to life.

The work they did on my kitchen, bathroom, attic, and living room was nothing short of amazing. They were able to take my outdated spaces and turn them into modern, functional, and beautiful areas that I am proud to show off to friends and family. The quality of their craftsmanship is second to none, and they paid attention to every detail to ensure that everything was done to perfection.

But what really sets ZEMM apart is their customer service. They were always available to answer my questions, address any concerns I had, and provide regular updates on the progress of the project. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the work they were doing.

I would highly recommend ZEMM Construction to anyone in need of remodeling services. They are true professionals who take pride in their work and truly care about their clients. Thank you, ZEMM, for making my dream home a reality!

We had to update our bathroom so we called ZEMM Construction! They did wonderful quality job. I highly recommend them!

We have been using ZEMM construction services since Jan 2022 for various small projects in our house as well as for a major remodeling recently. We loved their service. Riz was always so flexible and accommodating as per our needs and had done a great job. we really loved the new look of our home. Would highly recommend him if you are looking for a Licensed contractor for your home.

Called Zemm for help with building out a playground. They were patient with the approval process and made sure to do it right. They estimated three days with building and anchoring the playground. Finished right on time. Highly recommend.

I have got my kitchen and two bathrooms completely remodeled by this company. From the beginning till end Riz kept the communication open and easy. We discussed all our concerns before starting the job and even during the work done, Riz and the team did everything well done. From buying the material to giving all finish touches, this company did satisfactory work. We highly recommend Zemm Construction for your construction work 👍

We hired ZEMM to remodel our bathroom. They are great to work with - reliable, flexible, responsive and offer fair pricing for their service. We are extremely satisfied with the end result and are very likely going to reach out to them for any future projects.

I had a really good experience with Zemm. Riz the owner was great to work with and did a good job replacing a sagging wooden post and installing stucco on a different part of my house. He did a very thorough and complete job installing the stucco which must be done in stages, and the post is strong and sturdy. Riz is good a business man: honest, fairly priced and no nonsense. Overall it was a good experience so I would call Riz again for any more home projects and would recommend him to anyone.

We hired Riz from Zemm Construction to replace bathroom vanity. They are very honest, efficient, knowledgeable and highly skillful. They also gave fair price. The vanity we ordered turns out not completely fit to the old place. They quickly figured out the way to solve the problems. They are very good in communications and clearly explain every steps of the work. After the work is done, they checked everything carefully and fund a bad water leaking. So they work in late hours to fix that! I would highly recommend for you the next project.

Riz is an overachieving contractor, he went above and beyond on the job that was to be done. His team members have a good working relationship with him and respect him for his commitment to the job. My whole house' re-piping needed to be done from quest to copper but he even included getting hand showers installed by his plumber. The look of the final work done is professional too. No job is too small or too big for them plus they give a long term guarantee on the job done. I would be considering them for future jobs too. Thank you

Riz has done a great job transforming my tub into shower, detailed and completed job in timely manner, believes in customer satisfaction ! Highly recommended for your next project!!

Stay away!!!! Don’t use this company will charge you arm and leg painting of bottom part for garage door they charge 550$ that’s a ripoff I wouldn’t recommend them

I am very happy with speed and quality of Freestone. Our HOA has also done a great job of keeping us informed. Thank you

Freestone Construction really stepped up when our previous contractor went out of business during the first phase of a massive fire build back project. Keven Hempel went out of his way to make sure the plans that were originally drawn up by the first project manager were correct (they weren't) and with the help of his team they were able to get the project moving quickly enough to make up for the other company's delays. They have worked with the owners affected, the HOA insurance adjuster, the Board of Directors, and myself to correct the previously flawed scope of work. The weekly updates with photos, current schedules, and tasks completed are fantastic and I am getting wonderful feedback from a community that was previously furious at the timing of the project. I highly recommend hiring Freestone for any large projects that you want completed the right way. Their project management skills are incredible and the work being completed is of the highest quality. I couldn't be more pleased and will be using them again.

I truly enjoy working with Freestone. Communication is key in property management and they fulfill every communication that I or my properties need. They help me ensure the community is always up to date with any projects that may be going on. They ensure I have proposals well within the deadline. They also have been extremely helpful in emergency situations. I highly recommend them! They care as much as you do, that's hard to find and that's why they are a business partner not just a vendor!

We had Freestone/Taylor Painting repair and paint our large complex.
The complex looks great and the residents are absolutely delighted. Their crew couldn’t have been more courteous and managed to accommodate some very demanding residents. The entire project was managed with remarkable efficiency.

So happy I found Construction & More on yelp! My family and I were looking for a trusted company who could help us remodel our home as we had never remodeled our home prior to this. We extended our master bedroom by 300 sq.ft. and added a master bathroom and a walk in closet (yay!) prior to this we only had 1 shared bathroom in our home so this was soo nice to have.
We also had carpet in our living room and bedrooms and we decided to replace the entire flooring in our home to give it that modern look we’ve been wanting. I love it!
They were no property damage during the demolition process. The dust levels were kept to a minimum and maintained a well organized and clean environment during this process, which we really appreciated.
Oren & Shai were the project managers and they were very responsive. I really appreciate the great communication and how punctual they were too. I’m really grateful for the whole experience, the whole process was done smoothly and there were no go backs. We are so happy with the outcome!! Thank you Construction & More!
