Clever solution for my issue, on time and fast

Not at all professional , please be aware of them and they are cheaters , you will see sudden surprise bills saying blah blah blah

Great prices. They're fast and professional. I recommended them to all my neighbors. I past my fire break inspection in Oakland with their help!

Terrible customer service. Was a pain to schedule an appointment to get a quote. They couldn't even find the appointment information later and made our follow up conversation even more painful. Lisa lacked professionalism and any of the customer rep qualities.

This company was hard to deal with in getting our money back. They made a lot of excuses, they wasted our time and resources in trying to reach out to them to follow up on the payment they were saying they did not receive but obviously they did. They gave us months of headaches and frustrations. They could have been more responsive and professional in handling customers' disappointment about their services.

They replied promptly to my call/message and provided an estimate quickly that was significantly lower than the one other place I called. They arrived on time and did a great job. I would absolutely recommend this company.

If there is 0 rating i will choose it. The lady is more than 100% rude to send messages and post on our social media page because the got the payment delayed and didn't hear our explanation that it is the mail causing that delay. They threaten us and remove their work! Very horrible service.PLEASE PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR GOOD SAKE. RUDE Rachel! We ended up paying them twice and they didn't even notify us that they cashed the check. Our accountant just find out that the first check they claim didn't receive was cashed. UNTIL NOW THEY HAVE NOT RETURN OUR MONEY. We have all the rights to post as customer. They are sending threats again of not giving our money back because of the comments. We are just here to tell the truth. We value integrity. Please Yelp support contact us and bring this into action. Their office are always closed too cause we have tried reaching out to them to serve our complain.

Used for a few years but things happened and now I will tell you .
Year 1 they installed gutter guards on the gutters without approval.
I paid them to keep the peace .
This year they went to another property and tenant said they would do the job to my surprise but they Grand Gutter sent an invoice as though they did the job .
They did retract the invoice .
Back to the last job done now and they have me an estimate on the house they accidentally installed gutters to clean and the price to clean the gutters did not include the removal of guards to my surprise.
The final bill was last 2 times what I expected to pay . Now I have three strikes so time to say thank you but no thank you for future gutter cleaning .

What can say !! Great company. They were quick to get someone out for a estimate. Lisa who must be the coordinator for the prices and the appointments times was very professional and very nice.
The crew was fabulous on time and did exactly what I needed.
The crew also made some suggestions in the future to see if I don't continuously have the same problem by adding another gutter spout. If I do I will be calling this company again.

I would avoid this company. I used them to clean my gutters, but a week later when I hired a painter to paint my house, he found out that the gutters on one side of the house hadn't been cleaned. I informed Grand Gutters about this, sent them pictures, and they said would get back to me but never did. Looks like I have to hire another company to clean the other side.

We have been using the services of Ruiz Premium Carpet Care for 5+ years. James is a thorough professional, he arrived on time or ahead of schedule, and did an awesome job.This is my go to carpet cleaning company.

Best quote I got after calling a few others in Fremont. His work was also better than when we got it cleaned from a different business. I thought the carpet and sectional were ruined while potty training our puppy, but now they're bright again and shining like new. Amazing and will definitely use next time.

James and his worker were excellent. Pleased with the service and price was very reasonable. My car had spilled milk embedded in carpet and he was able to remove it. Highly recommended.

This is my second time using M&R Premium Carpet Care to clean my carpets and area rugs. The staff promptly scheduled me for an appointment, were friendly and professional. James the technician did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. He is fast, pays attention to details and made my carpets look like new.

October 19, 2020 A wonderful, local company. James and Yolanda were easy to work with, from setting up the appointment through finishing the work. James arrived early, wearing protection throughout the entire appointment. I found him most professional, courteous, careful to keep everything orderly in the space he was working.
He performed a super cleaning to my sectional sofa.
I highly recommend M & R Carpet Cleaning.

My carpet was really dirty, a wine stain and a big spot under the desk where feet has made a mess. They took their time and really did a great job. Both stains are completely gone! I would use them again.

Hames team performed amazing work and brought the life back to vinyl and tiles flooring in my place. Work was performed very professionally. This is my second time I have used Hames services, and looking to get his help again when it’s time.

James and his crew showed up and did a great job and didn’t leave until we were thoroughly satisfied. I highly recommend James for all his services. He just happened to be doing windows and solar panel cleaning for us.

Best ever way see my favorite rug is by cleaning and thanks to James. Im so glad to see that how good the job was done like brand new how it was and surprisingly when he brought back it smells like unboxing a fresh piece :.)..
