I looked into many different companies before choosing Koch for our backyard project, and we are really happy with the final product. Garrett was patient with the changes we made to the design and offered helpful feedback to make sure everything was done right. Communication was great throughout the entire process. The finished work looks really elevated, and it never felt like any corners were cut along the way. Garrett really makes the whole process easy for homeowners and I definitely would recommend this company to others.

High end finishes (expensive) and an attractive end result but very poor customer service, and a surprising amount of incompetence and dishonesty.
