They did a complete remodel of my kitchen. They gave me my dream kitchen plus more. The price was very reasonable. All along the way they made sure I was satisfied. Their staff are very professional and knowledgeable.I have dealt with other constructors before, but K. H. L. Is the top of the line. I will higher K. H. L. Construction again. I rate them a 5 star

Heard they were good gave them a try because was cheapest. Boy, did I learn!!. Their communication is horrible. Don't give them your money, their work is not professional. Their staff are not experts, had to call them multiple times to fix their errors and then they have the audacity to get hostile. My cabinets are not even. My caulking is a mess, probably use cheap material. The team that installed the countertops were rude and didn't care for my feedback. The team is careless, breaking and chipping material. The owner was never apologetic and loves to avoid real issues. Don't pay them until the work is done the way it should. I can go on and on but you get the point.

I'm a builder in the Seattle area helping some good friends. I found KHL via Yelp and am so glad. Professional, reasonable and responsive. Chris is knocking it out of the park. KHL has great variety in cabinet options and price range. Big thing I needed was subcontractor recommendations to get this project off the ground without me there. Will post pictures with the project is complete.
