The Flame Fixers team got back to me quickly about servicing my fireplaces that I had never turned on before and communicated efficiently about scheduling and pricing. Melody, their scheduler, went above and beyond to fit me in ahead of Thanksgiving so I would be up and running for the holiday, and Gil, who did the service knew just how to get them going after a long time sitting. Very satisfied and would recommend!

They came when they said they would and they installed a remote on my gas fireplace. They charged me a fair price. Very happy with their service.

This company is great. Myself not having my gas chimney not workingfor 4 years thinking it was something serious
Called them and the tech explained everything to my wife and fixed the wood and my glass. Recomnded the part on Amazon, plug and play and working now.took 5 minutes They're awesome. Hire them. Fireplace warming up again foe the holidays
