I purchased my Bullfrog Spa from this very reliable company and they go the extra mile with customer service. I only purchase my supplies from them and for about 4years now they maintain my hot tub every six months and Chris will make your tub sparkle no matter what the age. If you're thinking about buying a tub definitely go with this great company.

I just ignored the text and called Lint and soot and got two amazing gas insert fireplaces from them. It worked out great and I'm recommending Lint and soot to all my family now.

I purchased the Platinum Spa Topaz hot tub from the team at Backyard Spa recently (March 2025). I LOVE the versatility of this smaller, luxurious hot tub, but the reason I am posting here is because Backyard Spa and Leisure has a top-notch sales and service team. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and on top of their game for everything you could need. 15 years ago, I had an old spa, and they were wonderful in assisting me with service for it, so when I knew I needed a new purchase, I made sure to go back to this amazing team. They did not disappoint.

Not only did Backyard Spa & Leisure have a hot tub unit that fit through my gate in the backyard and had every feature I needed, but the unit also I chose is luxurious at a price point that is comfortable. Communication was top notch for all aspects of my purchase. Payment, delivery, set up, chemicals and a service guide just for my spa, so that I know how best to take care of my unit. A quick phone call to the store will answer any of those little nagging questions that a new spa owner may be concerned about.

I can't say enough about the staff, owners & product quality @ Backyard Spa and Leisure. We love our Bullfrog A7. This is our second Spa purchase, but our fist time buying from Backyard Spa and Leisure. We have been so very impressed with every single person we've come in contact with. Customer service like this is hard to find these days!

The first time I went into the store to get info. about one of their spas. An employee named Chris greeted me.

He was friendly, professional, and seemed very interested in helping me find the right spa. Several weeks later I went back to purchase a spa, and was greeted by the owner of the business named Ruthie. We sat down and talked about my spa needs, and she helped me find the right spa.

A few day's later while at her store, I met the other owner her husband Tom. I have to say the owners of this business are the friendliest, most professional business owners I have ever dealt with. This is not a 5 STAR business, it Is a (6 Star) business.

I have gone back several times to buy supplies from the store. I know every employee by their first name. Everyone of them are friendly, professional people. Bridget and Chris thank you for helping me each time I am there.

I love my new spa/hot tub. I've had it for about a week now and have enjoyed it every day! The changing lights on the hot tub allows for a fun environment with friends. The hot tub I bought was a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for and the hot tub is definitely good quality. I had a guy help me and he was extremely informative and helped me choose out a hot tub that fit my needs. It took about 4 months for the hot to come and came in just in time for the new year!

I also like their financing option, which allows for no interest for a year from the date of installation. However, I do not like the form of the financing was in credit card "debt" rather than a loan "debt". Meaning, when you finance the hot tub your basically opening up a new credit card. Overall it is still a great option for customers to be able to finance instead of paying out-of-pocket.

Provided me with a gas fireplace technician promptly. I have been having a horrible time finding someone to come and help me with the seal on my fireplace. This business graciously lined me up with Javier Martinez. Awesome technician!!!!

Was given a spa purchased from them twenty plus years ago. Every time I called they were courteous and helpful. My spa runs beautifully because of their expertise and they could have easily talked me into a new purchase. Quality products and people with integrity is a wonderful combination. This will be my first stop to shop.

I've purchased two spas from Backyard Spa & Leisure. Not only has their product been top notch, but their customer service has as well. Anytime there's a question about our spa they are incredibly helpful. Plus, their pricing and selection of spa chemicals can't be best...and the fact they offer 20% off with a Yelp deal makes it even better. With that, I'll gladly keep purchasing my chemicals here.

Service technician was very knowledgeable and fixed our issue quickly. Great communication from the initial request for service. We will definitely keep them in mind for any future needs.

Purchased new spa in 2018. Needed warranty servicing done due to bad electrical connection. Called first week of Dec, they couldn't even get to me for FIVE weeks later! I had to keep calling them. Told them it was electrical problem at the sub box by their installer. They didn't send their electrician, but instead sent someone not certified to check electric.... Moving into week 6 of still no spa. All they can say is they're sorry! But still making those payments on a non working new spa. Needs better dedication to keeping current customers needs in check, not sell the spa, get paid, and disappear. Need the issue fixed in a timely manner.

We purchased a beautiful gas fireplace from the store and got a huge rebate.
The service was wonderful and the selection was the best in town. They have a great selection of spas hot tubs as well as Traeger barbecues and offer installation and great pricing.

Ruthie and her husband were so great in helping us . Ruthie helped us pick out the best spa for our needs . We use it almost every night we look forward to it. The up keep is so easy we never have to worry about it .
